Si vous pouvez imaginer les vacances d'été parfaites en famille à la mer, vous pouvez les trouver dans notre chalet Cape Cod à côté de la baie! La maison de style années 1950 est située sur un haut bluff à East Brewster surplombant la baie de Cape Cod. Les vues sont incroyables; la vue change constamment avec les couleurs de l'eau et des nuages. Vous pouvez regarder une tempête arriver et découvrir un arc-en-ciel.

Nous sommes situés à East Brewster, connue pour les marées les plus basses de Cape Cod - à marée basse, l'eau se retire sur un mile et demi! Vous pouvez vous baigner tôt le matin, ou attendre que la marée soit haute la nuit, lorsque l'eau est plus chaude que l'air, et c'est juste vous flottant sous les étoiles. À marée basse, vous pouvez explorer les `` appartements '' et les créatures qui vivent sur et sous eux: palourdes de rasoir, quahogs, bernard-l'ermite, crabes des sables, escargots, vairons et crabes en fer à cheval. Les familles jouent au frisbee, au volleyball et au wiffle sur les appartements et la baie est idéale pour la baignade, la voile ou le ski nautique.

La maison elle-même est entretenue et aimée par la même famille depuis 50 ans. Bien qu'il puisse accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes, il a une sensation chaleureuse et confortable. Vous pouvez marcher ou faire du vélo en toute sécurité dans n'importe quel nombre de restaurants, cafés et magasins. Vous pouvez choisir de passer tout votre temps au 35 Dune Road (vous trouverez une fois que vous y êtes, vous ne voulez pas partir) ou vous aurez tout Cape Cod à explorer!

The house was great with ample space throughout. It was so nice to sit at the table to eat and be able to look out at the ocean...very good puzzle table as well. To be able to go out the door and walk down the stairs and be in the sand was wonderful!

We love the true cottage feel of this property! Nice sand to swim in and of course for walking out on the flats. Beds are comfortable, cottages clean!

Terrific view and location

Loved the location, the view, the beach and the town. We’ve been to the Cape a lot, not Brewster, but really liked the town. Will be heading back to Brewster and this house, hopefully repeatedly.

Really lovely basic house with steps to a beach. Felt very private with no disturbances from anyone around us. Had all of the things we needed and no issues regarding amenities. Good communication with the owner. Would highly recommend it!

Great Stay

Very much as advertised. We came the week leading up to Memorial Day weekend and pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Views are great. Home has a warm, camp-like feel. In a good way. The neighborhood is great and Brewster is a great town. Would return for sure.

Beautiful, calm retreat on the Cape!

You get a vibe from a rental house, and this one was that of relaxation and a beautiful view over Cape Cod Bay! You can't escape the view, whether in the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, or even the bathrooms. Relaxation, great view and steps away from the Bay, all as advertised. The rules were brief and clear, the owner was responsive. All good!

Splendid ocean view home

This oceanfront four bedroom home met all our needs in comfort, space, cleanliness, amenities and location. The home sets high on a sand dune overlooking the beach and ocean, providing the experiences of breathing in the wonderful smells of the ocean breeze while watching a sunset and the rise and ebb of the ocean tides… or hearing the lapping of ocean waves meet the shore before sleep and after just waking up. Not to mention walking down the steps to this beautiful beach below, to further walk the sand flats that are exposed while the tide is ebbing, observing creatures left behind ie. hermit crabs, various types of clams and sea shells etc. The owner was always very responsive and helpful to any questions I had or requests made. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Perfect vacation!

My family and I loved this house snd location! Could not ask for a better location. We had a view of the ocean from every room. My son, who’s 7, loved exploring all the tide pools at low tide, and the water was warm enough to swim at high tide, but still shallow enough my little swimmer was safe. We found so many crabs, horseshoe crabs, and was able to use the net and beach toys provided to catch and release some. There are ticks in the grass, but ticks are really high this year everywhere. Owner provided bug spray, and thankfully aloe. Easy rules to follow, and great instruction provided. I would love to return!

A quiet getaway

If you want a private beach , and I mean private then this is the place. Literally nobody shares the property and access to your private beach on Cape Cod Bay in Brewster . Million dollar view ! The owner is awesome and very helpful with any questions you might have about the area and property. Our 3rd time staying there ! I just love the privacy !

Amazing views from all north-facing windows

The house was built in 1955, so the interiors reflect that era of building style and show their age. But it is located 70 steps above Cape Cod Bay, which was our highest priority, and we loved watching the tide come in and out, as well as exploring the beach and flats. We had ample room for our group of 7. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and glassware for eating in. We loved the experience of staying on and exploring Cape Cod, and this was the perfect home base for us!

Beautiful view!

A wonderful family weekend with grown daughters and their husbands. Enjoyed fun family dinners on the deck and evenings together in the open family room. The host, Thaddeus was quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful with information. The view is amazing!! So enjoyed the view and walks on the beach right in front of the house. Sunsets and sunrises! A beautiful location!

Fabulous Stay!

We had a wonderful week at this great home on Cape Cod Bay. All was exactly as described in the listing and check in was super easy. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy the week. The views are truly spectacular and we really enjoyed the peaceful private beach and beautiful sunsets. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants and other Cape towns. We are so happy to have found this house!

Perfect Cape trip

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful Cape house. The location is everything. We essentially never left the property and that was perfect with 2 small children. Being able to explore the Brewster flats was such a treat. The house itself was lovely, with comfortable beds and the kitchen had every pot/pan/cooking spoon we needed. I can’t recommend this spot more highly.
