We stayed 2 weeks so we experienced what others may not. Itâs really beautiful with upgrades and some comfortable furnishings. The location is convenient. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook. Management was responsive but ultimately, for what we paid, it doesnât change our experience. 1. The house was not clean. We notified management and he was responsive but we spent 2 hours of our morning with the cleaning crew in the condo which was inconvenient.2. Ad says it has AC which is not completely true, it has one mini split system for the entire unit, in the main area. Yes, I realize itâs a âcoolerâ location but we booked with AC because of my medical issues. Heat intolerance is a significant issue for me and neither bedrooms/ bathrooms had it. The day we arrived was in the mid 80s and those areas do not cool down. The master slider is in the direct path of the AC outdoor exhaust and blows warm air so keeping the slider open isnât possible when on. The guest room gets alot of sun exposure and stays very warm. 3. You hear a lot!, especially the upstairs neighbors, their large dog, footsteps, flushing toilets etc. mostly 5-6am. 4. The guest bed is the hardest bed weâve ever laid on. The couch is way more comfortable but the loveseat is blown out. Thereâs a few other minimal things but bottom line, its a beautiful place with some things that could use some attention.
