Welcome to the simple life, no parking garage or elevator wait here! Beach days are easy, this townhome is directly on the beach! Inside on the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, separate wet bar with ice maker & beverage cooler, dining area, and the spacious living area with views of the sugar white sands and PCB's famous emerald green waters. The living room sofa also pulls out into a Queen bed. Step onto your townhome's large private deck complete with BBQ grill and dine while watching the sunset. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower located on the lower level. For your convenience there is also a washing machine and dryer located downstairs.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, both with King beds and a twin pull out sofa. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television and ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also offers access to a private second floor balcony overlooking the beach. TVs are setup for streaming services, cable is not included. This unit comfortably sleeps 10.

This 3bed/3bath 2 story Beachfront townhome is located at 7821 Surf Drive on the highly sought after East End of Panama City Beach. - Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

- There are 2 deep parking spots in front of the townhome. Depending on vehicle length, you could park an additional car behind them.
