Within walking distance to Masterson Station Park and also the bike trails off Citation Blvd. The home is fully furnished and includes everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and free wifi.

You'll have full and exclusive access to the 1st and 2nd floors including the front and back porches. The basement is currently not part of the listing. Other things to note
Property is located inside a neighborhood with HOA. Please be mindful of the neighbors and the children in the area. No large gatherings are allowed. Extra guest rules and charges apply to any additional overnight guests.

I have lived in KY for the past 10 yrs and really love the city of Lexington. Its smaller than most large cities and easy to get around but has everything that the largest cities provide. Plenty of places to explore that are unique to Kentucky. From the distilleries to the bourbon barns and plenty of places to enjoy a great meal. I think you'll find that Lexington has a lot to offer and is a great place to vacation or live.

I chose this side of Lexington because it is very close and an easy 10 minute drive to downtown and also very close to Circle 4 which gives you quick access to the opposite side of Lexington.
