If visiting in the winter, we have the best sledding hill for hours of fun! The interior of the home has been lovingly restored, preserving its historic character while incorporating contemporary amenities. **SPECIAL EVENTS**
Although we comfortably accommodate 8 guests over-night, we also open up our home to your special events--anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers, family reunions, etc. for an additional fee. If you are wanting to use the space for your next special event, please message us prior to booking for additional information.

**GUEST ACCESS**
Guests will have access to the main house and are welcome to explore the surrounding 9 acres of land.

**OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE**
*A starting supply of the following toiletries are provided for your convenience: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, laundry pods, dish washing pods, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags.

*Pack-n-play is available upon request.

*There is a long term tenant that lives in a separate building on the property.

*Ring security cameras are stationed at the exterior doors of the home.

*In order to keep the property beautiful for all our guests, members of our maintenance team, including weekly landscapers (Thursdays), may visit the property during your stay.
