This is a basement apartment that’s been fully renovated mid 2023.

Guests love the simplicity and purposeful setting. The price and value is suitable for visiting travelers, traveling nurses, doctors and remote professionals.

We keep the space simple but fully stocked for longer term stays. Coffee, Tea, Oil, Spices, Dishware, Flatware, Pots, Pans, Mixing Bowls, Utensils, Storage Containers, Ice Cube Trays, Water Filter Pitcher.

We offer several dimmable lights for TV watching and low level lighting in the kitchen and bedroom.

Quiet neighborhood at the end of a circle. Note: We're working on the landscaping and backyard tidying.

We get compliments on the well outfitted kitchen with all the cooks essentials. Numerous cabinets for kitchen storage, granite countertops, deep sink, and stainless steel appliances.

Private entrance through gate to backyard grassy space. Digital lock easy to use with automatic evening lights that sense your approach.

Walking trails close by that put you in nature and minutes to the creek path. Bring your bicycle and explore all the nearby paths.

Summer time the place is cool and comfortable. Winter time we have 3 electric heaters (And a gas furnace heat AC set with a whole house thermostat. Message me for temperature change)

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et emplacement.
Nice apartment, but wish I knew certain things.
Host was very kind and accommodating. There was a missing remote that prevented us from watching movies on the big screen, but I'm sure that won't be a problem in the future. The neighborhood is close to any ammenities you may need. Literally only 1-2 miles away. Neighborhood adjoined to lengthy open spaces hiking trails. 20 minutes to Boulder. The two issues that resulted in 3 stars revolved around the ability to sleep and the lack of good sleep that made for a hard trip. 1. The furnace/air handler for the entire house is in the closet in the bedroom of the apartment. It is loud. The closet doors are sliding doors, offer little noise insulation, and blinking lights from electronics in the closet that are visible through the door frame. We woke up constantly to that thing turning on and off. 2. There is no ability to control the temperature of the apartment. It is all in the main house and pre-set. The instructions stated it was set to 75° during the day and 73° at night. The thermostat is in the main house, but being a basement apartment, it is very well insulated and was very warm the entirety of the trip. It prevented good sleep. I either had to leave the windows open in the 20° nights and/or sleep with no covers. The two issues combined for no quality sleep by either of us. Which after 5 nights really wore us down. Mattress was extremely comfortable but not enough to make up for the above issues. Standing fan, eye mask and ear plugs may help.

We liked how quiet the circle was with the lack of traffic. The backyard was peaceful and there were options to relax and garden in the summer. We like how friendly the neighbors are with each other and us.
