Good place to be with family and friends!

The only thing I would expect from this trip was that - the bathroom stuff such as; toilet papers, towels were not enough but overall it’s nice.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION IS THE BARBECUE GRILL. WE COULDN'T USE IT.

Super disappointed in this one. For the price we were expecting more. There was Broken Glass under the stairs and in the yard, Porches were very dirty with cobwebs everywhere. Broken dangerous wheelbarrow right by the fire pit. Thick layers of Dust behind beds on lower level , Grill is broken No wash cloths with threadbare “towel sets”, Used condoms and condom wrappers and cigarette boxes littered in the driveway. For what we paid I was super disappointed in the state of the house. The Internet was super spotty too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Myself and 15 friends had a great stay over New Year's weekend. The check in process was very easy as the provided code automatically generates at 4:00PM. The house itself was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. I would definitely stay at another Pocono mountain rental home in the future.

The staff at Pocono Mountain Rentals more importantly Miss Carmen and Miss Jill was it right on time any questions any concerns we had were immediately addressed. My family and I look forward to seeing you there again 4 more years to come thank you again from my family

The Getaway that almost did not happened

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after 6pm and was unable to gain access to the property because I was not emailed the access code as promised. After more than ten minutes of continuous phone calls which went straight to voice mail, messages that were unanswered and emails that were not responded to, we were finally contacted by a gentleman and this only happened because my friend used her job cell phone (she works for a very large and well known company). The gentleman that responded to us about the code was rude. We did not appreciate his tone. The cabin overall was very nice. The rooms were clean. The stay was enjoyable. There was one negative and that was the deck, it needed to be swept. It was not very clean and we spent a lot of time there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very unhappy with our experience. The house is in a very secluded area so we had no phone service and the WiFi from the house doesn't work. We ordered linen and did not get enough for all beds, and those we did get weren't all the correct size. I emailed and called the rental about it but nobody got back to me. After we went home they accused us of stealing linen and wanted to charge us and said our emails and voicemail aren't proof that we didn't get all sets.

Bachelor Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For my best friends bachelor party, he simply wanted to get away with the guys, and relax. So we took him to this amazing house in the Poconos. The house was perfect from the hot tub and pool table to the kitchen and bedrooms. There was plenty of room for us 13 guys to sleep comfortably. Because the bachelor did not want strippers, drugs or some of the other crazy things grooms to be do (****, we are in our 30's, no need for that), this was a strong fit for a crew to just gather together and celebrate friendship. It felt like the perfect place and we were extremely happy with it.

Great time had by all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented the Arrowhead Lodge with all our kids. There were 2 families combined (15 people total) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was in good shape with a couple minor repairs that needed to be fixed after we left but didn't affect our stay in the least. My husband brought up his atv's since there's a park very close by and took all the kids riding. We brought games to play with the kids and had a blast. The area is beautiful and Carmen from Pocono Rentals was so helpful and patient since it was our first time doing this. 20 phone calls later she was still pleasant. Bottom line- we want to go back next year!

Great house, great location.

I had a great time here, a group of friends and I rented the house for the weekend, everyone was very impressed and really enjoyed themselves. The house is very big and can easily sleep a large group. The house is also in a great location, with easy access to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a lake and ski locations. The pool table, arcade and hot tub kept everyone entertained. I would highly recommend this house and look forward to renting it again!
