This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the entire 1st floor of a 2-story duplex and is the perfect BEACH GETAWAY with your family or friends.

Perfectly situated between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, with grocery store and coffee shop, Pier 33, right next door. A quick 6 minute walk will get you on the white soft sand beach!

Grab the provided beach cart and take a 2-block walk to the public 6th street beach access or enjoy the pool (shared between the 10 condos in the community) right out the front door of the house.

BEDROOM #1 - KING SUITE BEDROOM- spacious bedroom featuring a KING bed with private bath and a balcony with a view overlooking the Little Lagoon. The perfect place for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. This room has a designated office space and smart TV.

BEDROOM #2 - QUEEN BEDROOM- Offers a QUEEN bed with closet and bright windows. The room has a smart TV.

BEDROOM #3 - DOUBLE BUNK BEDS- 2 Double beds and a closet with clothing storage and a TV with cable hook up.

LIVING ROOM- SOFA BED- Sofa features double size pull out bed. Smart TV.

KITCHEN - Fully stocked for all your needs.
Plenty of pots & pans, dishes/kids dishes & plasticware too, and utensils to serve 10. Drip coffee maker provided. Air Fryer, Toaster and Blender are available as well. The dining area seats 6 plus 4 stools at the counter.

BATHROOMS- each bathroom has a shower and tub. Master Bath will have a bar of soap, shampoo/conditioner. Additionally, one roll of toilet paper. The guest bath will have a bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper. Please plan to bring your own. THERE ARE NO BEACH/POOL towels provided. Each bathroom has a hair dryer.

FREE high speed wifi throughout the whole house (~150mbps). King and Queen bedrooms have smart TV's for HULU, Netflix, or Prime TV. Your own log-in is required.

WEST BEACH is the perfect location to be close to all the dining and activities, yet quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the sun.

Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Spinnaker Pointe is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!

In the event of a hurricane: payments fully refundable only under mandatory evacuation order. Trip Insurance recommended especially during hurricane season (May-November)
