Welcome to our spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom 4000-square-foot home, perfect for up to 12 guests. On the 1st floor, you'll find a master bedroom with a Californian King bed, a private bathroom, and outdoor patio access. Additionally, there's a guest room with a queen bed and a bathroom, along with a spacious living room area, dining area, kitchen, 2 offices, powder room and the laundry room.

The 2nd floor boasts a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with bunk bed with 2 full mattresses, and a loft area with a couch, ping pong table, and TV. Stay active with our sports bike and yoga mats provided.

The home features 5 bedrooms.

Outside, enjoy our heated pool to a perfect 86 degrees in winter, BBQ area, outdoor seating space, and dining table for 8 persons.

• 2 spaces in the garage and 2 spaces on the driveway.

OTHER THONGS TO NOTE.

• To guarantee a delightful experience for all, the pets are not allowed.

• To ensure everyone's safety, we'd like to kindly mention that our house, deck, and outdoor areas aren't specifically 'baby proof,' so please take necessary precautions.

• Only disclosed guests are allowed overnight stays, and additional fees may apply for unreported guests.

• We offer electronic lock check-in. A photo ID is required for door code verification. Please treat our vacation rental as your own home.

• Guests allowed to use BBQ Grill. Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.
Guests are in charge of maintaining propane.

• We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the outdoor patio and backyard. There is a smoking fine of $250.

• Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• Damages & Loss: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request or from your security deposit (if booked from other platforms). Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• Photoshoot/video filming/music videos. This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

- LANDSCAPER: A landscaper come by every week on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- POOL CLEANER: A pool cleaner comes every week to maintain the pool. It is essential. They will not be accessing the home.

• LIABILITY
Prestige Choice Property Management cannot accept liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by any guest or visitor to the house, grounds or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage caused to any possessions brought onto the rental property. Without any restrictions, Prestige Choice Property Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the guest’s stay in the property caused by matters beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, surrounding construction work, excessive disturbance of neighboring properties, failure of utility supplies such as water, electricity, gas or air conditioning. Although, we will make every effort to respond and minimize any disruption caused during the rental period.
