Sleeps 8 cozy beds & quality sheets. Hot tub for two, 70` TV, leather reclining sofas, deck w/outdoor dining table, wood pellet & gas grill, extra storage, computer with 500 mbps, ethernet also. Updated oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, sofa sleeper, & xtra mattress, all have xtra memory foam! Tv has Netflix, YouTube, and Peacock installed. An assigned pin will get you entry access and there is no need to need to have a face to face check in

The apartment is 3 bedroom, one of the bedrooms has a hot tub and an extra vanity space. Another bedroom has its own deck. All the beds have two layers of memory foam with the top layer extra soft charcoal infused to fight bacteria. There are 8 places to sit for dining. More then 8 places to sit in the living room. The kitchen has pots & pans , silverware and plates, glasses, and other utensils. All antimicrobial door knobs. At your request you can request to not share deck and grilling area, the host would be the only other user but will refrain from using if you know you will be using, if I do use the grilling area I will ask first if you plan on using at all that day. Has central air AC, and newly installed mini split AC in main bedroom!

I offer no contact check ins. Studies show majority of guests prefer this. However I can be available if needed for anything throughout your stay.

Walking distance to Moorhead State Campus, 2 blocks from JC Chumley`s bar, block away from a park where there is a playground, swings, and basketball court. Walking distance from `The Freeze`, which has fast food ice cream. Half mile from grocery store, liquor store, gas station, & Dairy Queen or Subway. It is in a neighborhood where there is a mix of low income apartment housing, single family homes, and a block away from a trailer court. It’s not in an upscale neighborhood.

Doyles Yellow Checker Cab, uber, Lucky 7 cab, the city bus is 3 blocks away at 2nd Ave S & 14th/13th Ave S. Might be able to get ride from me `The Host` if I`m around.

Door knobs are all anti microbial, beds have charcoal infused memory foam to deter bacteria and germs. The house has central AC and newly added mini split AC in the main bedroom!
You may park in the driveway but please try to stay off the sidewalk. Park anywhere on the street but be aware no parking 1am-7am Wednesdays on 3rd Ave and no parking 1am-7am on 16th Street. $250 fine for smoking or unregistered pets.
