Classic LBI Duplex layout, the upstairs unit boasts 3 bedrooms / 1 full bath + reserved outdoor shower for each unit. Oversize front deck with sofa seating, and dining table to seat 7; eat in galley kitchen to seat 6, and reserved picnic space in backyard for another dining seating for 7, as well as a few adirondack chairs & fire pit for relaxing nights. 6 beach badges for Surf City, 6 beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella w/ sand stake, and small cooler available for each unit.

Perfect getaway place

What a perfect spot for an easy getaway. Close to the bridge so the drive is easy, the unit is clean, comfortable and everything worked great. The front deck is a gem -- ideal for sunsets over the Bay and plenty of room for everyone to sit at the table and wine and dine. highly reccomend!

Off season beach stay

We stayed for a week and the weather turned out great. The beaches were clean and fairly empty for only being a couple weeks after the season. Our host was incredibly responsive even before we officially booked the stay. This is one of the older homes on the block and brought back some nostalgia for my family. The home was clean and had everything we needed. In total we had six adults, one two year old and an infant. There was enough floor space in all of the rooms for a pack and play for the little ones. Surprisingly it wasn't really an issue only having one bathroom. The second shower downstairs came in handy and the outdoor area was roomier than I expected. The BBQ was very clean and worked well. All in all I think it's fair to say I would recommend this home to others. We were easily able to walk to the beach or to a neighborhood park for children.
