Great value!

Older property with upgraded kitchen,floors, etc. Clean and comfortable. Lots of room for a couple. Would definitely stay again!

Easy in easy out.

Owners were on top of check in and out! Apartment had everything we needed and more. Location was perfect for us. Close to beach restaurants and shopping.If we ever go back I would check this availability!

Very nice property

This was our second year renting this condo because we like the location and how nice the property is. Two nice pools in complex and close to beach, shopping and attractions.

Comfy and quiet!

The condo was central to where we needed to be as well as 20 min. from 5th Ave, close to good semi-public golfs, Food & Thougts (great address for restaurant & grocery shopping)), and a really nice pool.

So comfortable and homey!

I had a great stay at this property, and found the place to be roomy, comfortable, and homey. It's just perfect for a home away from home! Jay is a great host and he went above and beyond to have the place ready for me upon my (early) arrival . He is the best!

Thanks for your comment. We strive our best to provide the best customer experience during the stay. Hurricane Irma did not harm the apartment but caused havoc with foliage throughout the complex. But fortunately the trees will come back to their natural state soon. Most of the Naples restaurants and area attractions are now back in business.

Nice condo

Nice condo that's close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The pool is not heated so that was a little disappointing.

Thanks for your review. The pool is not heated, but the outdoor hot tub is heated. We had an unusually cool winter this year, but it is starting to warm up, and so the pool will be warmer.

Wonderful condo in good location

The condo is just as described and has nice amenities. The complex has two beautiful pools and several ponds. The condo has plenty of room for two people and a comfortable bed. The porch looks over one of the ponds. Very nice property.

Best ever stay in Naples Florida!

Two wonderful weeks in this fabulous condo on a quiet complex with gymnasium, pools and hot tub too! Exceptionally clean and very well equipped apartment with a really comfortable bed. An excellent selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Only ten minutes from the beach and fifteen to downtown Naples. Jay and Virginia provided us so welcome on our arrival. Everything that we wanted and more. We will definitely be booking again next time we come to town!

Perfect pad in Naples!

Jay and Virginia were simply lovely, and it is reflected in their property. They were such a pleasure to deal with, they made me feel at home, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Ideal for long stay, it is perfectly situated in North Naples, close to everywhere that you want to be. Great restaurants and shopping down the road, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean, full cable, internet good, everything you need basically. Big thanks!

Exceptionally clean and convenient condo with two pools and a gym

My wife and I stayed for the month of March 2016. The condo is convenient to the beaches in North Naples and Bonita Shores and a short ride to downtown Naples. The complex includes tennis courts, two pools and a workout/weight room. The one bedroom condo is spacious with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It is well maintained and was spotlessly clean. I give it my highest recommendation and plan to stay there when we travel to Naples again.

Over rated

The place is very over rated. The laundry room has no light so it is very hard to see in the washer. We had to use a flashlight to see the bottom of the washer. The dryer timer doesn't work so watch the clothes get over dryer and very hot also the dryer doesn't stop when the door is opened. The sofa is very hard to get up from, I had in use a pillow to sit on. The kitchen faucet handle comes off so getting the faucet shutoff was difficult some times. The faucet in the bathroom needs repaired because only a trickle of water comes out. The windows in the bedroom had mildew on them and made the room seem dreary.

Unser Gastgeber war sehr nett, obwohl wir ihn nie gesehen haben. Das Bett ist leider eine Zumutung und der Nachbar ist ein ständiger Kiffer, dadurch riecht es immer nach Gras. Das Appartement ist in die Tage gekommen, hat aber ein tolle Lage. Die Anlage mit Pool und Jacuzzi ist auch gut.
