Pictures don’t do justice how nice the place actually is, host is the most responsive host I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, if I had any criticism I’d not knowing what the property looked like from the driveway, we arrived late and it was really dark but we loved it and will be back

Great place to stay to explore the area. Only 30 minutes to Ouray and close to Black Canyon. Wonderful hosts. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable! We will for sure stay here again next time we are in the area.

Even Better in Person: Highly Recommend

Not only were the photos and property description true to real life; but it was even better, and larger than expected, in person. I am the world's lightest sleeper and I turn in pretty early; any Rte 550 traffic did not register with me and I slept very soundly my entire stay. The property was impeccably clean with high end appliances and finishes throughout. Super welcoming and friendly hosts whom I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with. Highly recommend staying here. I will be back.

Like most rentals you hope the pictures are true and that was certainly the case in this instance. We were hesitant at first when we pulled up as the outside was not as cool as the inside. But once we got inside and began to walk through it we were pleasantly surprised. Large enough common space for at least 4 adults, very clean, large bathroom and comfortable bedding. The very large TV in the living room was very entertaining and a full fridge which I always appreciate. There is not much in the town of Montrose but this place was everything we needed while we were there and so much better than staying in a hotel. Thank you to the host for great service.

Traveling with 4 seniors, this was the perfect place for us to recoup and relax, central location was great for day trips, the beautiful bathroom and modern kitchen made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Great homebase

We needed a place to stay for a few days while we explored the surrounding towns, this was a perfect place for that. Everything was clean and freash, and very relaxing after a long day. Would diffintley recommend.
