Oceans Pointe, a Nantucket condo on the Bay & Pool

Summary:
Welcome to Oceans Pointe, an inspired condo with a private balcony 10 FEET OFF THE BEAUTIFUL TAMPA BAY. Located inside a private resort, our vacation home has all the resort amenities including a YEAR-ROUND HEATED POOL, a private beach (non-swimming), fishing pier, sundeck and loungers, bar & grill (with breakfast), convenience store, 24/7 gated security, outdoor fitness center, and free parking! There's also free internet & Wi-Fi for business travelers and complimentary coffee with every stay!

The Space:
A rental agreement must be signed and a legal form of ID must be provided along with a verification photo. This will all come directly from our company, the Tampa Vacation Collection. Information will be shared with the HOA, and stored in compliance with FCC regulations.

Oceans Pointe is a newly renovated 1b/1b condo on the Tampa Bay with a private, furnished balcony. We're located on the second floor of the Sailport building (there are two elevators) and we're at the furthest tip of the building sticking out onto the water (meaning we have the most direct and uninterrupted views of the bay, wildlife, and sunsets)! The absolute best part - we have the most well-positioned balcony in the entire building, with a beautiful panoramic view of the crystal blue ocean water, the dolphins swimming by, and the glimmer of the sun as it rises and sets. You can sit there peacefully, taking in the view day or night. We also have a table so you can enjoy your meals or cocktails at happy hour!

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire resort and its amenities. As a private condo, we do not have control over any of the amenities and therefore are not in a position to guarantee they're all working at all times. If an issue arises, simply notify us so we can contact the resort.

The Neighborhood:
Rocky Point is a tourism spot with hotels, condos, and some restaurants and bars. It's safe, fun, and very friendly!

Getting Around:
Lots of restaurants and bars are within walking distance (ask for recs). We also have a small, on-site convenience store with basic supplies like snacks, wine & beer, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Note, we do not manage the store and therefore cannot guarantee supply.

Other Things to Note:
This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. We're available at all hours, every day of the week. When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions.
