Enjoy a stylish experience at this new downtown centrally-located 1 bedroom Loft directly on Front St. This Loft is actually 1 of 4 separate loft units on the second floor in the same hallway from each other w/ this unit can sleep up to 4 (Queen bed & full size fold out sofa bed) with a view of the West Bay. We are in the same building as Peace Love & Donuts, Chubby Unicorn panini restaurant, Elk Rapids Marina (pontoon rentals at our dock out back), & Poppy & Someday (Wellness Massages).

Enjoy a stylish experience at this new downtown centrally-located 1 bedroom loft directly on Front St. This Loft is actually 1 of 4 separate loft units on the second floor in the same hallway from each other w/ the 1 bedroom loft that sleeps 4 (Queen bed & full size pull out sofa bed) with stunning views of the West Bay. We are in the same building as Peace Love & Donuts and a few new tenants like the Chubby Unicorn panini restaurant, Elk Rapids Marina (who offers pontoon rentals directly at our dock behind the building on the Boardman River), and Poppy & Someday who offers massage therapy & wellness services. With us being directly on Front Street in the heart of downtown you can get the best of downtown Traverse City just steps out our front door within walking distance to almost every bar & restaurant in downtown, an 8 minute walk from Clinch Parks sandy beach, and quick and easy access to the West Bay since we are located on the end of the Boardman River where it opens up into the West Grand Traverse Bay. There is a public boat launch just across the river from us and you can rent pontoon boats from the Elk Rapids Marina office just right downstairs.

This 1 bedroom loft has a stunning kitchen (no stove) design that utilizes the space very well with high-quality cabinets, countertops, proper lighting, and matching fixtures for a beautiful interior design. There is a thin long table behind the couch with 3 seats that can be used for dining on your favorite carry out or can be used as a mobile workspace for those that work remotely. We have two 50" flat smart TV’s and free WiFi to stream all of your favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ etc. The newly remodeled bathroom not only has new subway tiles and a glass shower door but comes fully stocked with bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. Our Loft also comes with complimentary Essence body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and the bed is made with new clean linens as well. We have a common area laundry room with dual washer and dryer stackable’s for those who need to wash up during their stay.

Once you see this unique 1 bedroom Loft you won’t want to stay a few doors down at one of the Hotels anymore as you can stay with your significant other or two couples right on Front St or you can upgrade and have your whole group (big or small) all stay in the same space utilizing our other Loft units and typically cheaper than booking multiple hotel rooms. If you have a larger group ask about our other listing that has all four of the below units combined together as one or upgrading to just one of the other units. Each different room has it's own separate ductless mini split HVAC systems for a perfect temperature no matter what time of year and we keep fans and electric heaters around as well.

As mentioned above we have another listing that is for all four units combined or three other separate listings usually available during the week if you'd like to upgrade to a loft with more space or book multiple units. Other than the 1 bedroom/Unit #7 we have Unit # 9/studio that sleeps 2 people in a queen. Adjacent to that we have unit #6 which is a 2 bedroom loft that can sleep up to 6 people (with two queen beds in each of the bedrooms sleeping 4 people and a fold out full size sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2 more people). Lastly we have unit # 8 that is a 3 bedroom loft that can sleep up to 7 people (2 people in one bedroom that has a queen bed, 2 people in the main bedroom that has a king size bed, and 3 people in the bunk room that has a bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and a twin size on top). If you’re looking for something more wide open that can sleep up to 15 people we have another location on Union Street by Wilson’s Antiques above the Bahia restaurant as well.

You will have access to the 1 bedroom Loft as well as the Laundry room downstairs. The Laundry room can be used by other guests as well. If you bring a bike or scooter you can store it around back of the building or downstairs in the laundry room area.

This is right downtown in the heart of Traverse City with more bars/restaurants than you can count and if you like to shop there are many shops and small businesses all within walking distance. There’s also a really nice beach called Clinch Park Beach less than a 7 minute walk away and a nice large playground with huge new play structures about a ten minute walk away.

Parking can be challenging during busy summer days. You can park on the street and use a meter for about $4.25 for 3 hours and parking meters are off from 6pm-8am. We will also reimburse you for a monthly parking pass at the Hardy Parking Garage just down the street if you’re booking a 3 night stay or more so save your receipt. You’re within walking distance of almost everything in downtown. Feel free to bring your bike or scooter to get around town as well.

Have your own boat? There is a launch just acrross the river behind our building and we are located on the Boardman River just before it opens up to the West Bay. Pontoon boats can also be rented from the marina downstairs in our same building or at the booth at the Delmar Hotel that is just a few doors down and a short walk away.
