Near Arches, Canyonlands National Park & Dead Horse Point State Park and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our space is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our layout and location is ideal for couples, families, friends, business travelers, groups, and all adventurer's!

The Space:
Located in downtown Moab, La Dolce Vita Villas are equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, two spacious bedroom areas, two luxury bathrooms, private patio and outdoor dining space with a propane BBQ grill. The property has ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, SXS's, jeeps & other adventure vehicles. Enjoy convenient bike/gear storage on property and cleaning stations to prep for your next adventure.

The location and cleanliness of the place was great. However, upon arrival we entered to a beeping smoke alarm. I contacted the host immediately on the app and text- no response. My husband, by a stroke of luck, found a ladder at a near by restaurant and disabled the alarm. The towels were worn with holes & bleach stains. Yuck! One tv didn’t work & one shower drained so slow you were standing in water the duration of the shower. After communicating about the alarm the reply addressed check out procedures with no mention of our issue. It seems AI is not a problem solver. After departure a communication acknowledged our concern apologizing and a commitment to rectifying these issues.

Great stay overall! Very clean with a nice amount of space, even with two teenagers.The stairs could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The microwave and cupboards were very high up.Know that the property is somewhat loud. We could hear other guests. Everything in the unit was loud too (dishwasher, washer/dryer, and trash can all squeaked).At the far end of town.Indian place next door is delicious.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Large two bedroom gave us plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our stay. A close walk to some cool restaurants, bars and a grocery store. I will be staying here next time we are in Moab.

This property is located in a great locaton, just off main street and within walkkng distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. Plenty of parking, bike storage, well stock kitchen, spaious tokms and comforable beds. Easy communication with hosts, including follow up after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!!!

The condo was very clean. We didn't cook but the kitchen had glasses, utensils and paper towels that were helpful to have. Directions and entry to the condo was easy.

This lovely Condo was located perfectly in downtown Moab. It was spacious and clean and had all the kitchen supplies I needed. We were traveling for 6 weeks and appreciated the washer and dryer. I cooked our meals and packed lunches for our hikes in and around Arches NP so can not talk much about restaurants. We did go to Milts, a classic hamburger and ice cream drive in. Great burgers. I highly recommend this lovely condo.

Our stay started off wonderful the place is super nice. Day two of our stay the toilet in the master bedroom became clogged. At that point I realized the toilet had been slow to flush that morning. I tried for 15 minutes to fix it with the plunger as to not have to contact the host. Unfortunately I was unable to fix it. The problem clearly had been from someone other than us flushing things they should not be flushing down the toilet. I contacted our host at 5:45 pm with no response two hours later I contacted them again. It took them 19 hours to respond and we had a two bathroom reservation with only one toilet. We were a party of mixed sexes on this trip and we needed two bathrooms for three grown adults.They only responded after I messaged them again at 12 pm the following day. They responded and said we didn't give them enough time to fix the problem. We left early for a river trip, but the host didn't know that we didn't stay til check out time at 10 am. They could have tried to have fixed the toilet that morning, but they didn't even bother getting in touch with us. The messaging was through VRBO messaging but the host asked for my cell phone number and email address before check in which I had of course given to them. They had multiple ways to contact me. I would be very skeptical to stay in this beautiful condo again.

We loved the apartment! Roomy clean, beautifully decorated. Beds were super comfortable! It was a plus to have the washer and dryer! We were out in the hot dry sun all day and it was great to come home to a beautiful comfortable place! Perfectly located.
