The basement is duly certified by the city of Edmonton, and a certificate is available to show that the basement passed all requirements as a leagl suite. It's stated clearly in the advert that it's a street parking which is in a safe environment. This is in order not to inconvenience our guests. Regarding the comforter that was damaged by you, i take all the details of my space to make it comfortable and welcoming for the next guests. This is evident in other reviews on this platform. All beddings are washed and inspected, and the space sanitized in readiness for the next guest(s). I anticipated you would go this negative route after Vrbo contacted you about the damages. You clearly stated that you will not take responsibility for it and "it was my word against yours." This was a clear indication that you knew what you were doing and was only waiting for this opportunity to give a negative review. All our communications are on Vrbo and they are aware of this iissue with the damaged comforter. The door is in perfect shape and condition, and detailed instructions went out to you before arrival. No complains were received about the door when you were our guest, but it suddenly came up. The neighborhood is quiet, lovely and with ease of access to amenities. As stated earlier, I wish you safe travels.
