The minimum age to book is 25. Guest booking must be staying.

You will need to register with the reception on arrival. If you arrive late at night you can access the property, but have to go next morning to register at the front desk.

A mandatory $40 check-in fee is payable upon check-in. This fee includes 1 parking spot, up to 2 extra spots can be bought at $15 each from the reception.

NOTE: the cosmetic lattice has been removed from the balcony.
Minimum wage to book is, the person making the booking must be staying.
Parking and amenities are subject to additional guest fees, determined by, and payable to, the building management.
Building concierge requires the person who booked to be staying. Fire marshall enforces the occupancy limits strictly.
