Nous avons acheté ce spacieux condo de vacances à Panama City Beach il y a quelques années pour que nous puissions profiter d'un séjour sous les tropiques avec notre famille et nos amis. Nous avons choisi l'unité 1103 pour son design spacieux, ses hauts plafonds, son grand balcon, ses vues incroyables sur le golfe ainsi que la piscine lagon chauffée. Notre condo est une résidence de plage entiÚrement carrelée de deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes. Vous remarquerez tout de suite le grand balcon accessible depuis le salon principal et la chambre principale offrant une vue spectaculaire sur les plus belles plages du monde. Pour commencer chaque matin, nous prenons plaisir à boire notre café sur le balcon tout en regardant les dauphins ou les raies qui jouent dans le golfe et finissons nos soirées avec les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Nous passons beaucoup de temps ici et maintenons que le condo est décoré pour un maximum de confort et de style. Nous avons mis à niveau tous les appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et installé de nouvelles armoires, éviers et robinets. Nous vous invitons à profiter des autres caractéristiques uniques de ce magnifique environnement de plage:

The Condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and amazing views. Easy communication with the host, she made sure we had everything and let us know to contact her if we needed anything. We love the location, the elevators are never slow or too crowded and the beach and pool area are quiet and not crowded either. Very family friendly, especially since we were there for spring break. Looking forward to booking in the future.

This house was easily one of the most beautiful units we have ever stayed in at the beach. It was incredibly clean, well maintained, and well laid out. Our group had room to spread out and stay comfy. The massive floor to ceiling windows really put you “on” the beach. The balcony was perfect to enjoy the cool air and sounds of the ocean at night. The grounds were very well kept and constantly patrolled by the property managers. The parking lot was very nice, well lit, and quiet. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The owner was incredibly nice, prompt, and quick to respond to any questions. We had an amazing time and will be back.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Best Condo on the Beach

We have been coming to PCB for over 40 years and this by far was the absolute best condo we ever stayed in. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! We had so much room for all of our family and it was so open and clean! The owners were the absolute best to work with

Great Place to Stay

Best Stay Ever!

This property is absolutely phenomenal! The pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, clean, and bright, this place exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing and it’s right on the beach. We enjoyed spacious pool and had no trouble with easy parking. Jen was amazing to work with and communicated and answered all of our questions. We only wished we could’ve stayed longer! BEAUTIFUL!!

The condo was amazing! Comfy beds and furniture. Also very clean. The view is amazing!! The resort is very convenient for families. Easy access from parking lot to elevators. Easy access from pool to beach. We visit Panama City twice a year and have been doing so for years. This is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed at.

5 stars isn’t enough. AMAZING!!

Everything about this listing is perfect. Immaculate condo that looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Although the images don’t fully do justice to the view from the full wall of windows looking out over the gulf. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions, even suggested local favorites to eat. We are already planning our return trip and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Great property, everything we expected

My wife and I decided last minute to bring in the New Year at the beach, not anticipating a cold front. Since we weren't able to hang at the beach, we were forced to hang in the condo. We enjoyed every minute there, the place had everything we needed and a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed the fresh remodel and the nice kitchen. If you are looking for a really nice, clean two bedroom, this is definitely the place for you.

Paradise Found!

From beginning to end our experience was amazing! The unit was spacious, the views spectacular and the unit was fully equipped with anything one might. I enjoyed being at the less busy end of the beach but still close enough to wonderful restaurants, attractions and Pier Park. We began staying at this unit about 5 years ago and plan to return every year moving forward. My husband and I highly recommend making this unit your PCB home away from home.

Great Week in Sterling 1701!

The week we spent in Sterling Beach 1701 more than met our expectations. The condo is very tastefully decorated, and the blue accents throughout are gorgeous. Of course, it goes without saying that the views from the floor to ceiling windows on the top floor are to die for. We particularly enjoyed the rain shower heads after a day on the beach. I think this is the nicest unit we have stayed in at Sterling (we have rented there for 12 plus years). Jen is a great host and communication was excellent. We will definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.

Even better than it seems

Sometimes with pictures, you aren't sure what you are going to get. This property far exceeded expectations in all ways. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The host was amazing to work with as well providing some really great recommendations in the area for families. The pool and beach areas were flawless as well and the residents and other guests were very courteous. You can book this property and then relax knowing that everything is going to be great.

The view makes it hard to leave!

From the moment you open the door to this condo located on the top floor of the building, you are immediately drawn to the view. Wow. It's even worthy of our teenagers doing a tik tok dance with that as their background! We were all very comfortable (3 adults, 3 kids); enjoyed the condo for cooking and eating in one night, spent time in the heated community pool and hot tub, and it's close to lots of activities and restaurants. You will enjoy your stay here too.

Beautiful Condo

My family and I stayed 6 nights in Jen's beautiful condo March 2023. From the moment you walk in, you will never want to leave. Everything is gorgeous: the view, the decor, the comfortable couch and beds, the showers in the masters, the cute bowls, plates and coffee mugs, the pool and private access to the beach.. I could go on and on but find out for yourself. We also were very lucky the weather was 70's and sunny most of our stay. Jen's communication is top notch. We cannot wait to come back.

We will be back!

Jen’s place was awesome. The condo is very well described on the website and I highly recommend this place for families or even a few couples. The 3 large bedrooms each with a bathroom and TV in them makes this a very comfy place. The decor was light/bright and the views were stunning. We had one minor issue when we were there with the floors but Jen addressed it ASAP. 5 stars overall for this condo The chair rental service that comes with the condo is very nice, also. It helps not having to lug chairs/umbrellas to beach

We are a beach and water loving family of 4 from a small suburb just south of Houston Texas near the coast. My husband and I have been married 18 years with an 15 year old son who enjoys football, wakeboarding, fishing and snowboarding as well as an 12 yo daughter that loves to be the center of attention wherever she goes and is on a successful competitive dance team. We enjoy all things surf and sand; boating, fishing, swimming, jet skiing and more! We’ve also recently purchased a vacation property in Aspen so we are trying to split our time between sand and snow which is incredibly difficult with a workaholic husband and busy teen/tween.

We previously purchased and owned 1103 for over 5 years. We sold that unit and purchased 1701! We loved the high ceilings and openness of this unit. Since we visit often our condo is kept up to date with amenities we as owners prefer and not just a “rental property” Sterling Beach is on the far less crowded end of the beach near St Andrew’s Park and because we are surrounded by lower density condos and beach homes sprinkled in its WAY less crowded and rowdy. We also like being close to the marina and water sports.
