Welcome to your thoughtfully designed vacation home. We hired a local New York based interior designer to set up this space. Being a huge traveler myself I know how important choosing the right accommodations is for a smooth and enjoyable trip. Among many things this also means the spaces we develop must be (a) in great locations (b) comfortable (c) clean and (d) convenient. I put my personal guarantee that this property will meet those requirements and more.
The space
The apartment will be entirely yours .
There is also a Keurig machine with unlimited coffee capsules for coffee lovers, also chocolate and tea capsules as well.

* 24 hrs communication with host.
* ONLY FOR PEOPLE THAT RENT THE APARTMENT FOR A MONTH. The utilities aren't included in the MONTHLY rent and run for $300.00/Month

Great accommodations!

Apatment is clean, modern and feels comfotable! Communication with host was pleasant and timely! Very convenient to area conveniences including stores, restaurants, and Brooklyn Botanical Gardens!

Overall good stay....

Decent place to stay in Brooklyn. Beds were comfortable There was plenty of hot water. Approximately 10 minute, what do you Subway that takes you to downtown Manhattan. Host was kind and accessible. Good stay overall.

Last minute family trip

Check in was simple. The video explaining how to unlock the doors was very helpful. The apartment was very spacious with modern decor. The only con was the smell of cats in the foyer. The first floor tenant was kind enough to mop frequently with fabuloso to mask the scent. Overall, my family and I had a lovely stay.

This was a very pleasant place to stay. It was quiet! We all felt safe in the area at night. I messaged the owner for a mistake I made and they were so gracious! I have them the wrong phone number and again they were so gracious and helpful! 10/10 would recommend! Would stay here again if going back to Brooklyn!

1st of all I would like to say thank you for the host for take care of us,please note if you bring heavy luggage you need be fit and strong enough because the unit is on the 2nd floor and the stairs were steep and small. If you don’t mind with furnace noise at night this is the place for you. I make some notes for the host about little things need to be replaced or done, hope he will get on to them. Over all we just stay there to sleep most of the time. Walk to the subway station was easy just 0.6 miles and around there has a little shop to buy some snack and amenities. Be respectful and save trip for you all.

We enjoyed our stay in the property, it was very spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the hot water, and the Keurig machine. The security to access was great, which made us feel safe. The owner provided the necessary information in a timely and convenient way, and was very professional. Now for the not so enjoyable: many of the sheets and towels were stained, the heating in the house was not working properly, and some amenities were missing (coffee and chocolate pods), additionally, and maybe it would help to know in advance of some amenities that might be limited (very little toiletry for 5 people, no additional trash bags) so some instructions for that would be helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Hello Diarra, You're the first person to complain From the photos, if what you say was true, all the previous guests would have complained too, including those who are right now, and it hasn't happened. You contacted me with the excuse that sheets hate and I sent you the cleaning service again to clean the entire apartment and also bring you new sheets. Or is it not true? You may not have liked the apartment and you would understand, but not to give us that rating. I, on the other hand, have given you 4 stars even though you don't deserve it, even if it's simply to show you my education. I hope no one does the same to you. Best regards.

Our flight came in early and the host let us check in early. The place is in a great location the neighbor was safe and all diversity of people living in the neighborhood. The downstairs tenants were very friendly. The apartment was cozy and beds were comfortable. I suggest that they take care of the ant problem in kitchen before they get too bad. The bathroom sink had a slow drain. I would rent again however, I was disappointed when the cleaning lady came in and started cleaning at 1130 when we had permission for a late check out, which was a real bummer having to take a shower with someone in the apartment with us.

where do i start? as soon as you walk in it reeks or urine.. i checked in almost an hour after check in time but the cleaning lady was there and told me it was going to be 2 hours until she was done. i was not informed of this and it was very inconvenient as we were expecting to come to a clean place. once we came back and had the time to scope out the place we had seen there weren't much of the things that were posted on the booking site available like toilet paper towels, etc. looked NOTHING like the pictures. cleanliness : towels and bed sheets stunk and were stained, as there was one of the mattresses which was in a room that was locked to where we had to contact the host to get them to send someone to unlock it but took forever to do so. the bathroom was not cleaned, and the place over all felt disgusting as there were flies and ants some random guy came up demanding to speak to whoever rented out as he was saying there was a problem with the renting because apparently HE was the owner not the person i booked from and had told us we were going to have to leave that same night if the renter didn't get back to him?? weird but ok.. overall host did communicate fast but for nothing, didn't help one bit and this is the worst experience i have ever had booking a place. i would NEVER recommend to anyone.
