Make your next Door County vacation stay a memorable one! Right on the shores of Sand bay. Tons of water activities and everything you will need to make it great. Boat/Kayak/paddle board/pedal boat just to name a few. Dry off yourself in the cottage and your swim clothes in the dryer. Hang out outside all day. Charcoal grill included for cooking in addition to a full kitchen. Heat and AC on both floors. So relaxing, you may just never want to leave. Feeling adventurous? Head up the Door Peninsula for an unending amount of things to see and do while here in Door County. See www.doorcounty.com for everything Door County. Raining out? Stay in the spacious cottage and play games, read a book or take a well deserved nap. There is a tv and dvd player upstairs for movies or kid shows. Winter time offers skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, ice fishing and snowmobiling. Truly a great place to call your own if only for a few days to reset and recharge.

Perfect Family House!!
This property is just down the street from us. We were having a family reunion so I rented this house for overflow guests. Two adults and four children aged 4-10 stayed at this property and they could not have been more delighted. It is very kid friendly, very clean, and decorated in a charming cottage style. The kids LOVED the layout of the house, especially the upstairs with the two huge beds and couch and plenty of play area to enjoy the multitude of games and puzzles that were available. I don’t think the kitchen was used for much because the meals were all prepared and eaten at our house, but it looked like it had everything you could need or want to prepare meals. Check in and out was simple, the host manager was informative and good about communicating. My guests enjoyed their stay so much that they asked if we could do it again next year. My great nephew announced that he wanted to stay 75 more nights! If you have kids or if you don’t, it would be hard to find a better place to stay.

Beautiful location
We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cottage as a family of 6. It was spacious and the location was great. The side of the house facing the water is all windows and 20 feet from the water. You also get a lake view of the other bay from the front of the house including the sunset. The cottage is nicer than it looks in the photos. I appreciated that the cottage is clearly a beloved family home and I loved seeing the things they’ve collected over the years. The kitchen was also well equipped and easy to cook in. Sturgeon Bay is only 15 minutes away and has great coffee shops and antique/thrift stores. We will try to come back!

Family getaway
Nice house with lots of space inside and out for the kids to let out energy. Has everything at the house you could need. Close to town and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around. Dan was friendly and made sure we had a great stay

Excellent location for fishing
The property is very nice. It looks like a quaint family cottage with a newer large addition. Everything worked perfectly and the views are gorgeous. Lakeside is on Sand Bay, and a few hundred yards in front is Riley Bay. Water on two sides. Property is within 15 minutes of our two favorite boat ramps to fish the Sturgeon Bay Area. Beds and amenities all good and the property manager is very responsive. Great place for families or fisherman. Twenty steps out the door and your toes are in Sand Bay. We are definitely going back. Plenty of room for our whole family.

Southern Door County is my favorite. It has wonderful shorelines. Fantastic views but not the shear number of people that northern Door sees. You can always travel up the peninsula to see all Door County has to offer. But if your own space is desired, just hang out in the peace and tranquility of Cozy Cove Cottage.
