A gem!

The owner is extremely responsive. We stayed for 5 weeks as a transition for a move. He consistently checked in on us to see if there was anything that we needed. The apartment is 2 blocks from the beach and we would walk down every evening to see the Sunset. So many restaurants answered within walking distance. Ca

Perfect space & location

My husband and I stayed for a week. Lovely space, very comfortable bed. It was well stocked and had everything we would have needed and more. Very convenient to have the washer/dryer. The neighbours were friendly and the location is perfect..only a minute or two walk to the beach, and many little restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a little trouble getting in with our personalized code, but was fine once we were provided another to use. Would definitely stay here again.

Gem For Sure!

A refreshing blend of midcentury and 21st modern, this perfectly located flat possesses the charm and ease of the fabulous 50s with all the up-to-date comforts and conveniences any sojourner would appreciate. Oh my gosh, we fell in love! Awesome, efficient space, totally functional kitchen, cozy living area and inviting bedroom, pristine bathroom, plus your own washer/dryer, you have it all. It's homey but with a resort ambience of yester-year. We were transported. Wonderful, pedestrian-friendly, clean and safe neighborhood just minutes from everything, including the beach. Jeff is a very helpful, attentive host. My family really enjoyed their time here. Hate to say it 'cause it'll be booked up from here to eternity, but ... make your reservation; it's a great place!

St.Pete Beach 2024

We spent 8 nights here, and to be quite honest, the place exceeded my expectations. The pictures really don't do it justice. Everything has been nicely renovated. The bed was super comfy! You can't beat the location. Plenty of places are within walking distance, and the beach is a short stroll away. Jeff was in communication with us and helped us any time we needed it. I would definitely stay here again!

A well traveled midwesterner, Ive been drawn to this particular neighborhood to party and relax for the past decade. After renting many of the various worn and uncomfortable local condos apartments and hotel rooms, I decided that this would be my permanent home and that I would make it as comfy as I could so that others would enjoy it until then too! Fishing, boat charters, jet skis, umbrella and chair rentals, all right here.

The Upham Beach neighborhood is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your beach time, no matter what your preferences are. No busy street to cross to get to the beach, and a thriving market featuring local artists Sundays on nearby Corey ave. Locals are very welcoming, no overwhelming touristy atmosphere.

Close to everything! CLEAN & NEW No high rise hotel, easy access, All updated, well stocked, comfortable. 2nd floor with balcony view of the Gulf and Upham beach.
