Mexico Beach has something for everyone, from fishing and water sports to delicious seafood and local shops. Mexico Beach is known for its beautiful beaches and charming, laid-back feel.

The home features four-bedroom and located within the first block from the beach with convenient public access. Choose between the screened front porch or the second-floor large open deck to enjoy outdoor dining, a cup of coffee or just the beautiful view. The driveway runs the length of the property giving ample room for car and boat parking.

That's One Salty Beach house is just a short walk away from the quaint town center of Mexico Beach, with local shops, restaurants, and ice cream. Interested in exploring the surrounding areas? Head to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, located just a few miles away, where you can hike, bike, or paddle through the park's unspoiled natural beauty. For a little entertainment and more food options head to one of our favorite's spots in The Windmark community or downtown Port St. Joe area. If you're a seafood lover, remember to try the local oysters!

Your group can spread out and relax with multiple gathering areas inside and out. The ground floor includes a kitchen, dining area, TV, and two bedrooms. Once you go upstairs, there is a separate living room overlooking the open deck, and two large rooms with King beds.

Property does not have direct beach access; guests must cross a highway at a lighted crosswalk in front of the property to reach the beach.

Enjoyed our stay. My favorite place to sit was on the upper deck and watch the ocean and sunset. Beautiful! Property was clean. Fantastic location. Easy to walk to the beach. Looking forward to coming back again.

Amazing place to stay if you’re looking for a nice, cozy, convenient getaway in Mexico beach. Our family loved the amenities and the set up of the property, which gave us all our own little space for resting and coming together during the day.Courtney and her husband are amazing hosts and very thoughtful. Would give another star if I could. Already cannot wait to go back and stay here again! Location was absolutely perfect, and for four male friends having four bedrooms with a queen/king bed felt nearly impossible to find until we found this place. Had an issue the first day with the electronic lockbox being dead, but I was made aware of the problem and given alternate instructions to enter the property before I even arrived. I love this place and will easily be back

Great property and location. It was a very short walk to the beach and the view of the gulf from the house is great. We had a great stay for our first time at Mexico Beach. We will be back!

Great weekend getaway

Nice place very close to the beach. The door code didn’t work for some reason at first, but the host quickly unlocked it remotely, so still giving 5 stars on the check-in. Overall a great experience

Additionally, there should have been at least 12 spoons available, and we will investigate this matter. I trust that the rest of your stay was satisfactory.

Family vacation

Great, clean property. Quiet atmosphere. Very short walk to beach access. Beach is not crowded which was nice. Short walking distance to parasailing,jet ski and banana boat rentals on beach also for the teenagers with us. Rip currents north of us in Panama City were dangerous so water was closed there but water conditions in Mexico beach remained pleasant. Be prepared to cook most nights because very few eating places open after 5pm. Mostly food trucks in area. I would stay here again and all family members enjoyed their stay. This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and would return because this place is low key and relaxing. Minimal traffic.

We love this beach and had a nice time. The home was clean, the downstairs bedrooms are extremely tight, there are no dressers and barely space to lay out your luggage. I would say this house can fit no more than 6 people, 8 is pushing it. We didn’t hear from the owners at all until 4 months after we booked. In my experience, owners are welcoming after your introduction. I paid for the reservation in full when I booked and when I needed to change my accommodations (adding extra people), I still didn’t hear from them. They finally responded 2 weeks prior to my vacation date, they were very honest about how small the house was for 12 but by that time I couldn’t cancel without losing all of my money. They initially promised a full refund, but then they backed out and the owner lied that I didn’t qualify for a full refund when I initially reached out, and then said that since it was such a short notice to my vacation date she would be losing and felt it was fair to charge me a fee. She would take hours to respond and I had to call VRBO twice to reach out to her and help us settle the matter. The lack of professionalism and integrity is what made it worse. The extra guest fee statement leaves room to believe that extra guests is an option, but the house is way too small for 10 people I now understand their hesitance in letting us stay but instead of owning up to their mistake she wanted to charge me for her own poor communication. Fortunately, we had no issues during our stay.

Its small-town, laid-back atmosphere encourages us to slow down and unwind. If we start to feel a bit restless, there are plenty of activities available within a 45-minute drive.

What we love most about our house is waking up in a sun-filled living area, enjoying the unobstructed views of the beach, and watching beautiful sunsets from the balcony. However, we spend a lot of our time on the cozy porch, sharing stories, eating popsicles, and sipping cold drinks.
