Enjoy the best of the Emerald Coast from this quaint Gulf Breeze vacation home! 3 bedrooms with ample sleeping arrangements and 2.5 bathrooms, this home is the hub for comfort, relaxation, and fun. Make a splash in the 2026 renovated private pool or spend your days on the white sands of the Gulf Coast. Enjoy nearby beaches Pensacola Beach or Navarre Beach with so much locally to do. Fire up the grill or fire pit under the covered patio while your kids enjoy the private pool under your watch.
Located across the bay from Pensacola and just 12 minutes from Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze is great for snorkeling, hiking or birding at Gulf Islands National Seashore, a nationally protected park. Gulf Breeze also offers terrific seafood and inviting beaches. The home just a few minutes to Tiger Point Golf Course and if you love to Golf you have to make it a stop during your stay! If you need a boat ramp, we are located right by Oriole Beach Boat Ramp, drop your boats, jet skis, paddle board on the beautiful Pensacola Bay. Walking distance to the home is Swenson Park playground for ages 2-12 year old.
And don’t miss the 50-acre Gulf Breeze Zoo. It is home to some 1,000 animals, including giraffes, coatimundi, rhinoceroses, zebras, gorillas, giant tortoises, squirrel monkeys, otters, alligators and hippopotamuses. Gulf Breeze visitors are especially smitten by the zoo's raised boardwalk that provides a vantage point for viewing herds of deer, wildebeest, ostrich, cape hunting dogs – and islands on which chimps and gorillas roam free.

POOL 2026 Renovation: Is Vacuumed and cleaned professionally, twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Due to Florida weather, rains, winds, tree shedding season, and shaded tree surroundings, we cannot guarantee leaves and debris won't have fallen in the pool upon your arrival. Please feel free to use provided pool nets to remove top debris. Refunds
regarding pool natural debris, or weather related issues, pool algae due to extreme summer heat and high volume swimmers coming in from the Gulf to pool will not be provided.

The pool was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes we could cook with. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels for our group. Close to a Walmart and some fast foods.

We felt completely at home here! The pool was awesome and our son spent a lot of time there! So close to the beach, plenty to choose from for food places, we had Marco’s pizza and ate at Pedro’s both were excellent food and fast service. So many amenities were provided it made it nice not to have to buy everything! Jennifer was great to deal with always prompt in answering questions. Would highly recommend this property

The home was clean. Had everything you needed. The pool is spacious 3,6 & 8 ft. 20 minute drive to everything. The towels and bedspreads were old and worn. The curtains in every room did not supply privacy. I had to put beach towels up in the kitchen, living area and bedroom for complete privacy. The pool did not have a automatic vacuum for such a large pool. We had to clean it by hand every day, but the net does not remove all the many small bugs and particles noted after netting. We did not like the cameras pointing directly at the pool and the sitting area in the backyard. The pool furniture was dingy and needed a cleaning. You need to update your outside pictures on VRBO. The neighborhood is old and most neighbors homes are extremely unkepted. Our grass was a foot high when we arrived. I know she can't control the neighbors, but it is an eyesore when it is directly across the street. The host did respond quickly to any concerns.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean, well-equipped, spacious, and that we were responsive throughout your stay. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. We have never previously received complaints regarding the privacy of curtains in the home. The curtains throughout the main home area are intended to allow a bright and airy vacation feel and in the bedrooms we placed privacy curtains. We understand that you personally may feel differently and we respect that. The pool is professionally maintained twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday, at the host’s expense. Because the pool equipment is expensive and not appropriate for guests to operate, we do not ask guests to handle pool maintenance themselves or provide a vacuum to be handledby guests. As with any outdoor pool, small leaves, insects, and other debris can naturally appear between professional cleanings, particularly in Florida. The pool cushions were newly replaced this summer along with handcrafted wood furniture. The pool and backyard are regularly maintained including powerwashing the entire patio. There is some older additional outdoor furniture that guests are not required to use. We do agree that some of the remaining outdoor furniture could be tossed out and will soon, but sometimes larger groups enjoy being able to use it this busy season. The security cameras are clearly disclosed in our listing, and their presence was also communicated to you at initial booking when you had other questions. They are there strictly for safety and security, particularly because the property has a deep pool, and they do not monitor any interior of the home or private areas. The yard was maintained during your stay as in is on a schedule to be maintained. Depending on traffic, the beach can be approximately 10–20 minutes away, but the home is not simply “20 minutes from everything.” We are close to numerous restaurants, shops, grocery stores, major retailers, walking trails, and nature parks. Normally 10 minute drive to Pensacola beach. As for the neighboring property across the street, we agree that it is not maintained to the standard we prefer. Unfortunately, we cannot control how our neighbors maintain their property. We are in a comfortable safe neighborhood where many different people live whom we cannot control how they choose to live or maintain their landscaping. We have hosted many guests who have loved the home and have even returned to stay with us again. We have never received feedback quite like this, and while we appreciate constructive criticism, we feel that several of the comments in this review reflect personal preferences and expectations rather than actual deficiencies with the property. We appreciate the positive comments about the cleanliness, amenities, pool, and our responsiveness, and we will continue making improvements where appropriate as well as maintaining our home to make our guests as comfortable as possible with each stay.

One Last Hurrah

My daughter wanted to spend one last night with her closest friends before graduation. Weather didn't really cooperate but everyone still made the most of it. They got to swim for an hour or two. House had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Very clean. Host was very nice and responsive. My first Vrbo experience so overall, I'd say it was a success.

I think it’s SUPER IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW THAT THE (2 cameras faced outward) as said in the listing ARE BOTH IN BACK YARD- 1 covering entire pool area and the other covering the rest of the backyard. Also, a doorbell camera in front. HAD IT BEEN MORE SPECIFIC AS TO WHERE CAMERAS WERE PLACED, I never would’ve booked. So it’s fair that everyone know before hand, if you try to enjoy the pool or covered patio area- you are being watched. I did NOT like that and my family was super weirded out about so many cameras in backyard. Many didn’t even swim and also because the pool needs to be redone. The owner of the home was super friendly and helpful and apologetic. The house was cozy but unfortunately we would not book again solely because of no privacy in backyard.

Hi Erica, It is important and we do disclose that we do have them in our listing. It is important for us as well to have them for insurance and liability purposes. We have operated over 4 years not watching anyone as there is no need. We are busy working people with a family, and multiple homes, this is a business. As Rings do protect the home and out of state homeowners every place has them. All hotels and resorts have them as well. To note we also offered you a full refund when you arrived if you waned to leave instead of staying because you are a local resident having a teen party complaining about our security which raised much concern. You chose to stay and then without consulting us unplugged our internet disconnecting our door locks and rings and host your large teen party. Our pool is getting resurfaced this fall 2025 and will be completely redone for future guests to enjoy and I did apologize as it is an older pool and we were working towards that project. Our pool was balanced and completely safe for swimming during your stay. All our vacation families swim and have a great comfortable stay as that is what we provide. They leave behind many rewarding "Thank yous" in our guest book.

We decided to work toward that dream with our first short term rental home just outside of Destin in 2021. Weekend At Danny's is dedicated to our dad who we lost to soon, in honor of his memory. This home is to bring together families and create wonderful memories and enjoy precious time with loved ones.

You can be at either of them in just a few minutes then come back home away from the hustle and bustle and relax by the private pool. Plenty of shopping to supply all your needs. Oriole Beach Boat Ramp is just a block away and well as local playground for ages 2-12. Tiger Point Golf course is just around the corner as well as my favorite local restaurant, The Point.
