Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the home exactly as pictured. We’d like to clarify that this property is not advertised as ADA-compliant. The elevator code is shared through our digital guest app, and it is also posted inside the home. It appears this information may have been overlooked upon arrival. Regarding the elevator issue: the elevator was fully operational at the time of check-in. Following the report of a malfunction, our team responded within the limitations of third-party elevator vendors, who unfortunately do not provide service on weekends. Upon inspection, it was determined the elevator had been locked due to improper use, likely related to child horseplay, which can trigger safety features and result in shutdowns. The elevator has since been restored to full function, and we continue to maintain the high standards that have earned us a consistent record of 5-star reviews. We strive to provide excellent service and clear communication, but in this case, the situation stemmed from circumstances beyond our immediate control. Given the nature of this interaction, we respect your decision not to rent with us again. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
