Enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The beach is steps away when you walk out the door! I highly recommend Hot Sea Tot Sea! My daughter and I plan to go back next year.

The place to stay

Beautiful, clean and best of all steps away from the beach.This is the 2nd time my daughter and I have stayed at Hot Sea Tot Sea. It also feels like a very safe area. We highly recommend booking directly with Warren Beach rentals they communicate with you well and are very trustworthy. The amenities in the unit are great and there is a publix, restaurants and many other stores close by. It is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed!

Our second time in Unit 6 & we enjoyed it once again. Very clean, recently renovated unit. Location and access to the beach is great. We will be back.

Fantastic stay @ Hot Sea Tot Sea!

Excellent 1st floor location allowing for great access to the beach throughout the day and also for evening walks. The condo was exactly as described, very clean, well equipped, and a great location near Henderson Beach State Park. Booking with Warren Beach Rentals was a pleasure and we look forward to a return visit. The beach service was the icing on the cake for a great visit to Hot Sea Tot Sea.

Not quite perfect

Pros: LOCATION A++ Cons: Throw rugs were filthy. Stove top was dirty. Light bulbs were not all working. VERY limited supply of necessities- one trash bag for week, a few tablespoons of dish soap, one roll of cheap paper towels, no dish cloth in kitchen and no cleaning supplies. You are expected to buy what you need because there is not enough for the week. Thermostat is on a schedule that you can't change. Expect to get hot while sleeping. Bath towels are average quality. No beach towels provided. Summary: Lovely condo, BUT there is a feeling that comfort of guests is low priority despite being charged a premium price. Some easy fixes if they choose to take our feedback seriously.

Thank you for the review. We have inspected the thermostat and it seems to respond fine to any changes, not exactly sure of what you had going on. In our arrival emails and letters and E-book we clearly outline what we provide for our guests. We provide starter soaps and 2 rolls of paper per bath and in the kitchen and advise guests that they may want to purchase more if they are there for a while. We are also quite clear in the same arrival info that we do not provide beach towels for our guests. The reason we do not is it cost roughly $10 to have a beach towel professionally cleaned and most of our guests do not want to have that additional expense added to their stay. We value your comments, but also its noted that we are quite clear on what we provide.
