Détente attend dans ce condo! 1 chambre + lits superposés, et une mezzanine à l'étage avec 1 lit king et 1 lit queen. 2. 5 bains (10 personnes) dans le quartier branché de Crystal Beach.

Situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique, au cœur de Destin, à quelques pas des boutiques et des meilleurs restaurants de Destin. Cet établissement se trouve à quelques minutes de route du parc d'attractions Track et du parc aquatique Big Kahunas. Faites des promenades romantiques sur la plage! Profitez des couchers de soleil! La pêche en haute mer est l’une des plus belles eaux du Golfe que vous verrez jamais.

Une destination favorite récemment rénovée et plus charmante que jamais. Coral Reef Club est un complexe de condominiums pittoresque de trois étages qui comprend une piscine, un jeu de palets et des barbecues au charbon. Vous constaterez que cette propri��té est plus privée que certains des grands condos à plusieurs étages de la région. La plage comprend plus de 300 pieds de front de mer vierge avec une pelouse du côté du golfe et un service de plage saisonnier.

Ce condo au troisième étage s'ouvre sur votre propre balcon privé pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur le sable blanc cristallin et les magnifiques eaux vert émeraude. Vous pouvez regarder à travers les dunes de sable blanc jusqu'à la plage qui ressemble à votre propre plage privée! Profitez de vos deux chaises de plage et d'un parasol qui vous attend! (Le service de plage est saisonnier) Vous et votre famille profiterez à coup sûr de chaque minute ici, où le personnel de la réception et les préposés à la plage sont prêts à vous aider.

La chambre principale du rez-de-chaussée contient un lit king-size, deux lits superposés dans l'alcôve du couloir et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. De plus, une mezzanine avec 1 lit king et une chambre séparée avec 1 lit queen. L'étage a aussi une salle de bain complète! Alors, amenez vos amis et votre famille!

L'unité a un mobilier mis à jour, 2. 5 salles de bains, une laveuse / sécheuse dans votre unité pour votre usage et une cuisine entièrement équipée pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson.

Beautiful view!

This condo was the perfect getaway location! We had an amazing view of the ocean that we woke up to every morning. The condo was very spacious and had lots of room for all 10 guest! The staff on site were friendly and helped with all our needs. We would 1000% stay here again!

Amazing Views, Fabulous Beach Access

We had 7 adults plus a 2 year old staying at the property and felt 100% that we had plenty of room for all of us. The views from the balcony were gorgeous, and access to the beach was so easy, the privacy beach was perfect as well especially for social distancing! We will definitely be back next year!!

Gorgeous place to stay with a great location!

We had an amazing time and a great view! Loved the private beach and the beach umbrella and chairs included with or stay. The only suggestion I would give is the downstairs mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that it was a great week! We will definitely be back! Oh and the water that week was absolutely beautiful!!! TY :)

For a place that advertises sleeps 12 there is not a dining table, only a high top for 4. Also need a normal size paper towel and extra toilet paper. (to accommodate 12)We only had 5 people and was not enough. Was very expensive for 4 nights but we loved the view.

We each had our private sleeping areas in the condo, which made it very comfortable. The view was gorgeous and the location of the unit being on the third floor towards the end of the building made it so quiet. We didn't hear a thing! The furnishings were dated and needed to be replaced, such as the carpet. The living/kitchen was small, but fine for 4. Would be helpful to replace the bulky counter chairs and dining table. The beach however was amazing! So nice to have chairs and umbrella provided! Parking was very easy and because the building is on a no outlet end of the street, there is very little traffic. Very safe location! We loved it and would go back again in a heartbeat!

That was really the only negative. We also needed extra blankets the downstairs was cold at night. The sofa bed was so much better than we had in other units. The location is perfect.

The unit definitely was our least favorite of all the ones we have stayed in. The couch was worn out and uncomfortable. The beds were very uncomfortable (super hard). Just not very up to date for the price u pay. Definitely would not recommend this room.

The maintenance man was quick to help us get our televisions working. The beach staff was friendly & always had chairs & umbrellas up early daily. The office staff was equally friendly, answered all our questions & helped us with shuffleboard equipment. Our condo was clean, spacious & had any amenities we needed. The views were breathtaking. Beach was beautiful. Our family rented 2 condos- we all had a happy holiday and made lots of marvelous memories!

The location of this property is amazing! We enjoyed your condo and it was perfect for two families to get together and create memories! We are planning our trip for next year and will definitely be staying for a few more days!

Great location

Beds comfortable, beautiful grounds, things could be tidier. Trash next to dryer. And lint trap was packed full, at least a pound of lint and sand. Fire hazard. They sent someone to vacuum the vent. 3rd floor rooms have stairs to 2 upper rooms And a shared bathroom. Bathroom downstairs is set up with 2 toilet jack and Jill style. 5 adults were comfortable. Very safe area. Across the street and beside the Henderson. So if you want gourmet meal you only have to walk. I would stay again.
