Islander Beach Resort, unité 2012 est un magnifique condo de 3 chambres en bord de mer avec accès à la plage et à la piscine. Le patio privé de Islander Beach Resort, unité 2012 offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan (golfe du Mexique) ainsi que l'intimité. Islander Beach Resort, unité 2012 est livré avec 3 chambres, une cuisine complète, 21/2 salles de bains, salon et salle à manger, canapé-lit gigogne, télévision par câble, WiFi et bien plus encore.

L'unité 2012 est située sur le côté ouest de Islander Beach, au deuxième niveau avec une vue directe sur l'océan. Toutes les unités sont équipées d'un parking, d'un service de plage et d'un accès complet au complexe. Bien que Destin et ses nombreuses attractions ne soient qu'à une courte distance en voiture, ce tronçon de Powder White Beach est beaucoup plus privé. Vous apprécierez votre espace dans le sable sans la foule et le bruit.

Il s'agit d'une unité 'NON FUMEUR' qui pourra accueillir 8 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king size, une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen, et il y a aussi une troisième chambre avec lits jumeaux. Il y a des téléviseurs, des lecteurs DVD, une chaîne stéréo compatible CD et une connexion Internet WiFi. La cuisine complète est équipée des derniers appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable ... La vaisselle, l'argenterie et les ustensiles de cuisine sont inclus. Il y a des draps, des serviettes et une laveuse / sécheuse privée pour votre commodité.

Le balcon privé est complet avec des chaises et une table pour une soirée relaxante dans la brise. Le paysage est complet avec à la fois une vue imprenable au 2ème étage sur l'océan.

Vous aurez un accès direct à la plage depuis le paysage de la piscine où vous pourrez profiter des levers et couchers de soleil sur l'une des plages les plus propres et les plus préservées de toute la plage de Fort Walton, de l'île d'Okaloosa et de la Floride.

Relaxing Get Away

We love the Islander when staying in the Okaloosa Island/Destin area. This condo was well equipped and had nice views. The beach and chairs are great and the water is lovely. Only con is that these condos are expensive.

Beautiful

Great stay for our family. We had a large group that reserved multiple units and it was perfect! Quick access to the beach and beach chairs set up every day for us. Wonderful chance to create great memories for our family. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with everything we needed.

Perfect Location!

The building and units are at a prime location- right on the beach! Everything was perfect, with the exception of the pool not being heated… we stayed in March, and I'm sure that a few weeks later the pool would have warmed up to an optimal temperature.

Awesome Condo

Everything was perfect at this condo. A few booking notes if anyone is looking, there are hair dryers in the 2 full bathrooms, and the coffee maker takes cone filters. There is nothing bad to say here, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will be booking this unit on our next stay if available.

The Islander 2012 was great for our family vacation. Not one to usually brag on stairs access but there was set of stairs that the access was right beside our room. The balcony was great especially for our 2 year old. She had plenty of room to play while we were enjoying the beautiful ocean views. Something that I did like about there that the 1st floor of rooms was the second floor. The bottom floor that would usually be blocked by the dunes was used for owner parking.

My family and I just recently rented unit 2012 for a week. The unit was very clean and up to date. On several occasions I observed employees working and cleaning the exterior of the location. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it .

Beachfront with amazing view

Condo is large with amazing ocean view and easy access to pool and ocean. The rental company is not flexible with check in time 4 pm and check out time 10 am even if no one is there before and after you which for me is frustrating.

Million Dollar View

The unit was nicely furnished, clean and had a million dollar view. The unit directly faces the gulf, and we had direct views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Everything you need is within a short drive. We did takeout a few nights and also used the park grills so that we could enjoy as much beach / pool time as possible.

This was our 6th year in a row staying here. And health permitting we'll be back next year. This year with the record cold weather and snow fall would be tough to compare to other years. But as usual the response from Sunset rentals was great. If an issue arose they were here right away to take care of it. We will continue to rent through them. John

NOT CHILD FRIENDLY

The door had no inside locks on bathrooms or door going outside . If you have small ones that can open doors this is not for you. When we arrived there was already sand in beds and on floor we had to clean the place.

Nasty unit NOT RENOVATED

I had to spend the first day cleaning and picking up cigars off back porch! This place was nasty we had to get sand out of beds day 1 before we went to beach!!!! Windows were messed up could not see out of sliding goass door . Made maagement aware of issues they did nothing to fix in!!!

Islander Beach Resort Unit 2012

My husband and I along with my daughter, son-in-law, and there 3 boys stayed a week at Unit 2012 at Islander Beach Resort May 7-13. We enjoyed our stay. It was right on the beach with an absolutely beautiful view. The condo was large and very nice. We enjoyed our week there. It was very close to the pool and the walkway to the beach, which was great. My only complaint is the kitchen utensils were a little lacking. We had to go out and purchase a few items to be able to prepare our meals. The blender didn’t work, there was not a peeler in the unit, the corkscrew was very difficult to use, there wasn’t a muffin pan, and the vegetable shredder was very flimsy and was difficult to use. The sofa was a very pretty piece of furniture, but was very hard to sit on as the seat part slanted down and the back was very uncomfortable, so we ended up sitting in the floor instead of on the sofa. There were two very comfortable recliners that were great. Overall the unit was great and we would rent it again.

It is difficult for us to know how well some utensils will work, and it is inevitable that kitchen inventory may deplete as the property is used. We apologize, as we may not always notice when an item is missing. We are, however, more than happy to deliver replacement items as you notice the need. A phone call or service request via your guest app is all it would take to have items delivered the same day in most cases. We encourage our guests to take advantage of our friendly 24/7 customer service. The sofa is a new commercial grade sleeper. Most residential sleeper sofas tend to sink in the middle with little to no support for sitting. However, commercial grade sleeper sofas will tend to be more supportive and firm when sitting. We do understand your concern and appreciate your feedback. Thank you again for your stay, and we hope to see you again for your next vacation.

We love this place!

We have stayed at this unit our last two vacations and we'll never stay anywhere else for beach vacations. It's well kept and so close to the beach. Every staff member we've run across has been kind and friendly. Check in and check out is easy. The area is not as crowded as Destin and did I mention it's so close to the beach!

The location is perfect with a wonderful view. The condo was very clean with everything you may need. Location is on the strip very close to plenty of things to do for the kiddos.

First Stay at the Islander Beach Resort. Excellent Unit 2012

Unit 2012 was EXCELLENT,cleanest,largest with best laundry room we have ever seen. Easy access to the beach, pool or parking. The bed and furnishings were well done and very comfortable. The view was awesome and quiet. Highly recommend 2012. Would have given The Islander an "excellent review" but the staff could have been friendlier. The balcony furniture was nice, but the seating was low, only negative. Higher seating would allow a much better view of the beach. Pool was large with 2 shallow ends and well taken care of. During our visit they were building new beach access which wasn't a problem since the public beach access was right next door and easy access. Improvements are needed and appreciated.

Relaxation is what the doctor ordered

Pictures speak volumes and for this unit, it's exactly as pictured and I couldn't be happier. The location is perfect, very close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The balcony was my stop to hang out at night, just listening to the waves. Quiet neighbors at night was a plus. I give 10 stars to the cleaning crew, the unit was extremely clean and everything was exactly as stated on the description. I'm happy to have stayed here and would highly recommend it.
