Cozy Work Retreat in North Dallas-Addison Area…Pet Friendly!

This one bedroom apartment is close to lots of businesses, great restaurants and entertainment. It is ideal for a single person, couple or small family looking to stay in the Addison/Carrollton/North Dallas area. Min nights stay is 30 days. The main apartment has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a desk with a scanner/printer and monitor, a living room with a small love seat and a small table for meals, a kitchen, a full bathroom and a cute sun porch. It has smart and TVs in the living room and bedroom.

An attached garage, laundry and a family room with a pull out queen bed are also available for your use. All spaces are private, although the apartment and these spaces are attached to a home that is currently vacant. We are getting the main house ready for renters as well.

We allow two small or medium dogs or one large dog and the apartment has small and medium sized crates available for your use. There is also a fenced in yard where your dog(s) can play off of the sun room. We just ask that you keep dogs off of the furniture and we charge a pet cleaning fee.
