Situé sur la magnifique île d'Okaloosa, le Destin West Beach et le Bay Resort vous offrent le meilleur des deux mondes. Le Gulf Side dispose d'une piscine de style lagon de 5 000 pieds carrés avec piscine en forme de lagon, d'une piscine pour enfants, d'un bain à remous, d'un centre de remise en forme et de barbecues. Le côté de la baie brille avec sa rivière paresseuse de 200 mètres, sa piscine centrale avec cascade, ses deux grands spas et ses barbecues, offrant tous une vue sur la baie de Choctawhatchee et une passerelle vers la plage. Gulf Side et Bay Side ont un parking couvert limité.
DW613 est un dernier étage 1 chambre à coucher, 2 salles de bain plus dortoir. Cette unité peut accueillir 6 et a un roi dans la chambre principale, 2 jumeaux (lits superposés) dans le dortoir, et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Il y a 2 téléviseurs, magnétoscopes, DVD, chaîne stéréo, et laveuse et sécheuse situés dans l'unité.

We enjoyed staying in the condo. It was beautiful and appeared to be recently updated. We love staying at destin west!

Ball trip

The stay was excellent. Very clean, convenient and the listing was exactly as listed. The king size mattress can use either replacement or added support as it sinks in the middle. Will definitely book with this listing and/or listing company again.

Absolutely misleading pictures and description of the property, the lazy river was across the street and a long walk for me to take my grands and I am handicapped, so we did not go. The condo was described incorrectly, pictures indicate 2 sets of bunks, only one, pull out couch was old and dirty terrible, bathrooms not up to par, overall the entire complex was misleading and I think I should get some of my money back !!!! It was a terrible stay all around. I am going to report this to the better business bureau as to this property being so misleading!!

If the photos gave the impression of two sets, I sincerely apologize for the confusion. We often include multiple angles of the same area to give guests a better sense of the layout, location, and views within the unit—not to mislead. Regarding the lazy river, it is located on the Bay side of the resort, as described in the listing. We understand that the walk may be difficult for some guests, and we’ll take your comments into consideration. We also reached out via SMS at the beginning of your stay to welcome you and let you know we were available to assist. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any communication from you during your visit. We would have been more than happy to address any concerns in real time had we been made aware. Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us, and I’m sorry to hear that the pull-out couch and bathrooms did not meet your expectations. We will follow up with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these issues are addressed. We value your feedback and take it seriously. Great place

Everything was very nice and will definitely come back. There is only 2 minor things I will mention. First one I had to message to get the condo # and room code. Thought I would have had that before I left home to get on plane. Ended up having to get it from the airport to the condo. And they provide beach chairs but one was completely broken to the point someone could have been hurt. Please replace before next group arrives. Other than that very nice!

Wonderful resort condo, beds need replacing

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. Great view of beach & pool below from balcony. There are several heated pool for cooler days. The lazy river isn’t heated, but luckily it was warm enough one day to enjoy it. The beach is gorgeous, clean, white, soft sand. Chair & umbrella reservation was included and easy. Only a few negatives; 1)The beds were extremely old uncomfortable mattresses. These should be replaced asap. 2)The check-in email which provides a door code was missing the code. No one answered phone. It took a long time to get in due to this issue. It was finally resolved. Just not ideal after a very long drive. 3)There is nothing in the cabinets. No spices, no trash bags, limited toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod. If you stay for a week and plan to cook you will have to stock everything.

Dirty…everything

The floor was not swept. Sand everywhere when we checked in. Rugs weren’t swept. Dishes were dirty. Skillet had food stuck to it. Silverware and cups still had residue. Each bathroom had burned out light bulbs. Main hallway had burned out light bulb. Furniture was old and needs upgraded. Location was excellent and the main pool on the gulf side was great…other than a few days when it was supposed to be open by 9am and people were lined up at the gate that wasn’t unlocked until 9:15. Lazy river was fun other than there was never enough floats for everyone. Overall I would recommend the condo as a great place. But I definitely would not recommend this unit.

Good place to stay / vacation

Straightforward booking and check-in; the condo was clean with a nicely equipped kitchen and washer / dryer. Within walking distance to the beach. Parking was easy and relatively close. Good access to the pool including the lazy river pool across the street.

Great location and property

Condo was great. Property is really nice and good location. There was no TP, paper towels or trash bags when we arrived, but property management brought some the next day. We’ll be back.

October 2017 Stay

nice place but be prepared to walk!! parking garage separate from rooms and garage elevator does not go to 6th floor. you have to figure out as how to get to your room. also, walk iver to gulfaide to lazy river nit as easy as it sounds, and elevator was out so stairs again. condo fairly nice, needs a little update & more comfortable sitting in living room. one couch and one decor chair doesn't go over well with 4 people. also would suggest a tv on wall in bunk area for kids! the patio furniture could be updated. lounge chair was ripped. we did arrive day after Hurricane Nate so boardwalk covered in sand & not cleared until 4 days later. made it hard for my husband walking with crutches as well as 2 other young ladies I saw in wheelchair. the stairs used to walk down to get to beach were not cleared of sand, even saw a lady fall on last step. the couple of small issues we really had to contact someone about, after filling out form on app, resolved rather quickly. pool was big & nice. Probably would recommend
