Bienvenue au Paradise Gulfside 311! Détendez-vous dans ce chaleureux, décoré avec goût, une chambre, deux salles de bain condo situé au 3ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe et la piscine. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision et d'une salle de bain principale privée. Le hall superposé a un ensemble de lits superposés et est situé près de la salle de bain d'hôtes. La salle familiale a un canapé-lit queen, une télévision et bien sûr une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Restez connecté avec le service Internet sans fil. La cuisine entièrement équipée est dotée d'un réfrigérateur côte à côte avec machine à eau et à glaçons, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four à haut de gamme lisse et d'un four micro-ondes sur le dessus. Une laveuse / sécheuse empilable est dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Il dispose également de carrelage dans le salon et d'un grand balcon avec des meubles en polywood. The views were amazing! Room was clean and plenty big enough for our family of 5! We stayed play the condo the entire time and our kids never got bored!

Home Away from Home

This was our 7th year staying at Destin West, and this condo met all of our needs and expectations. Super convenient and just steps away from the elevator and sky bridge!

Loved staying here easy to walk over to our event at Al’s - one note: tvs were a pain and there was no spices or oils as indicated. A little dishsoap would also be appreciated.

Great stay!

The location was beautiful and the access to all the pools was so much fun. I would definitely stay again. They have all the pots and pans you would need. They do not have any spices or anything like that so you will need to bring all that from home. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I’d suggest is there were not enough towels and washcloths for all. But I’d stay again for sure! Extremely clean and perfect location

Fun with friends!

Our stay was great, kitchen is well-stocked with plates/cups/bowls etc. Can see the gulf from the balcony. Would stay again! Do note that the twin bunks are too tight for adults 6'+ :)

Great Spring Break

Property was exactly as advertised. We had a fabulous time and property management was extremely courteous. Take advantage of the xplore activities and I played three rounds of golf with no additional out of pocket expense. We will be back!

Amazing property

My husband and I stayed here for four nights. It was an amazing property! The chairs on the beach being included was fantastic. We didn’t end up doing any of the activities. Next time, I will bring the kids with us. The activities will be great for a Family. The pools were very nice. We were definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo and great rates!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and mattress was comfortable. Only thing we were a little disappointed to learn the fishing trip that came with iexplore activities that came free with the condo rental was unavailable and the splash pad we previously enjoyed is no longer there. But overall, the condo rental was excellent.

Great place, but the neighbors????

The property next door had an outdoor wedding with reception, which was very loud. Also, the convention center across the street had a car show, so there were loud cars every where. Would check the event schedule prior to staying there again.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved staying here! The access to the beach was great, the pools and lazy river were all great as well! The room was very clean and plenty of space for all of us. We had two adults, two 19 year olds, 10 year old and 18 month old. We had plenty of room in the condo. Our 10 year old did say the sofa bed was uncomfortable and noisy so she opted to just sleep on the couch and not the pull out.

The condo and facility were great, the booking company that was used, not so much. I dealt with one lady in particular who was very unprofessional and almost rude two different times. As mentioned earlier, the condo itself was great but I will be checking, in the future to make sure not to use this property management and booking company in the future.

Everything was very nice. We enjoyed every moment. The condo was clean and it was nice to see the pool kept clean and checked every day. Some places do not do that. The washer seems to be on its last leg but it managed to pull through. It was a lovely condo.

Nice but beds horrible

The property was nice and great location, but when you go on vacation you also want to get a nice night's sleep but not here the mattress are old and very uncomforable. I am sure you make enough money on the property to invest in nice mattresses.

Hôte : Forever Vacation Rentals

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 15 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with The Beach Group Properties. Shannon is our “go to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guest.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (14 y/o) and Jax (4 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We are thankful for our cat (Mariposa) and our dogs (Rocky and Jubilee). We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and of course, Sunday football.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and just be uplifted, give her a call!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm and a motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a complement about how genuine and hard working we are! Small gestures go a long way in this business! We love to WOW!
