Beach Villas #203 - Lovely Condo Right on the Beach!

Beach Villas 203 is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom beachfront condo on the north end of Fort Myers Beach near the Time Square area. This unit has direct views of the gulf and has all the amenities needed for a wonderful Florida vacation! This unit features a full kitchen with all major appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer and a screened-in private balcony. Stunning sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, white sand beach, and warm weather - all right outside your unit.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a separate doorway to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds, plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a max occupancy of 8 guests. The guest bathroom is in the hall along with the laundry area. This unit is perfect for a family getaway or a friends trip!

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This unit also requires a parking pass that will be left in your unit, please hang that from your rearview mirror or leave it face up on your dash.

Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Wifi is provided through the condo association.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Beach Villas (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year.

Tripower was easy to work with and great communication from beginning to end. Location on the beach and from town was perfect for us. Picked up groceries on way from airport worked well. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. No issues and view from balcony was beautiful. Property was well maintained and good parking.Easy access to beach.Several Chairs and 2 umbrellas was a plus.

Beach Trip

Family getaway vaca

Very family friendly environment, and the location couldn't be more perfect. Check in is super easy and the room and view both lived up to the hype. We had a storm roll through while we were there and the host called to check on us to ensure our safety which meant a lot. Highly recommend this one.

Gorgeous condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was decorated so cute and had everything we could possibly need including beach chairs and toys for the kids. There were plenty of beach towels and everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back

Very nice property. Screen around the balcony was very much a bummer; it really inhibits a clear view. Other than that, wonderful place to stay. Best beach access we've ever had.

Hurricane Milton

Awesome visit!

The condo was lovely. It was newly remodeled, had many necessities for use in making meals, beach chairs, very nice washer and dryer in the condo, dishes, blender and coffee pot. The water pressure was great and the beds comfy. The host even called to let us know we could get in early. The price is right too. Thank you for making our vacation economical and comfortable. Great sunset views

Walk through the door and see beach and the gulf! There’s lots of construction going on and also beach restoration so it was noisy, did wake us up most mornings but that’s expected during the rebuild years. Appreciate the all the new towels, there were plenty of sets and enough beach towels. Some of the beach chairs weren’t the greatest but it beats sitting in the sand. Didn’t see a small cooler and that would have been nice to have. Location was great, you can walk to town square and lots of the restaurants or take the trolley as the stop is right next to the condo. Pool was heated but we never used it as we were on the beach every day! Glad this condo is up and running, love to walk out and be on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway

Being on the second floor was nice because you can easily take the stairs if you don't feel like waiting on the elevator. This unit it directly across from the trash shoot room which isn't a big deal but there was some noise off and on from an alarm on the trash room door not being able to close due to drain hoses running to that room. The Master bedroom would benefit from room darkening shades, it stayed warmer in there due to the windows facing the beach. We used hangers with clips and hung a quilt to block out the heat. The king sized master bed wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. I think it's probably two mattresses joined together. It crowns in the middle so you tend to roll to the edge. It could use a mattress topper and more breathable sheets. The master bathroom has great water pressure. We couldn't get the water in the second bathroom with a tub to fully transition to the shower so there was always some water coming out of the tub faucet when taking a shower. There's a pocket door that closes off the room with the two queen beds and that bathroom which is nice if you have kids sleeping in there and want to stay up without being worried about noise. Make sure to buy paper towels and bring a few laundry pods if you want to do more than one or two loads of laundry. There were only two laundry pods and one roll of paper towels. We also only had one trash bag. We used our Walmart bags the rest of the week because we didn't want to buy a whole roll of trash bags.

It was easy to find and even had some covered parking which was right near the elevators. Our condo was clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. They had so many towels, wash cloths and blankets. They even provided beach towels. The view was wonderful and the patio was screened in so no bugs! There were ants on the patio that had made their way into the master bedroom, but we picked up ant spray at Walmart and that took care of them. The beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared to be clean. The bathrooms, tub and showers were also very clean. The furniture in the living room appeared to be pretty new which was nice. It was very comfortable. We were able to use a beach umbrella, 3 chairs and some toys that I’m assuming were left from previous guests, so that was great! The beach provided so much entertainment. We collected so many sand dollars, conchs, hermit crabs and beautiful shells every day. (We returned all of them to the ocean of course). The water was not very clear, but I’m assuming that was because of the record rain they had endured the week before we arrived. Walmart and Publix were both very close to our condo, so that made shopping easy. Restaurants were close as well, and we did not have to wait at any of them. There was quite a bit of construction all around us as their rebuilding after hurricane Ian. We would most definitely come back here tomorrow if we could!

The pink shell was next door, which was nice for food, ice cream, and beverages. The only negative is that we were told from the managing company that it is a short 10-minute walk to time square. It was a 20-minute walk, and during the night the street was not very lit; so, we always took an uber during the nighttime.
