Le coin de paradis caché de la Floride à Sanibel Harbour. Observez les dauphins et profitez de couchers de soleil romantiques sur la baie de San Carlos depuis notre véranda isolée au 10e étage de la tour Bayview au port de Sanibel.

Une plage privée et une piscine sont en bas à quelques pas sont à l'usage exclusif des propriétaires de condos et des locataires.

Nous maintenons une adhésion à Marriott Resort permettant à nos clients l'option exclusive de profiter du centre de remise en forme, des cours d'entraînement, des courts de tennis / instructions. (Des frais de service s'appliquent - c'est facultatif et peut être décidé à l'arrivée). Nous sommes situés à côté du Marriott Resort and Spa, qui propose des piscines, des plages, des restaurants et un spa de 40 000 pieds carrés offrant une gamme de services de soins de beauté et de soins sans fin. Le port de plaisance propose la location de bateaux et d'autres embarcations, un quai de pêche privé et une croisière de luxe pour le dîner / brunch en yacht est disponible sur place.

Le condo a été récemment entièrement rénové avec de nouveaux planchers de tuiles, des comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires de cuisine, de nouvelles salles de bain, de nouveaux meubles de salon, des matelas ...

La cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils, une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse, de nouvelles armoires et un nouveau comptoir en granit est bien équipée pour les clients à long terme. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse sont situées dans la cuisine.

L'unité contient toutes les commodités d'une maison, y compris l'accès sans fil haute vitesse (sans frais).

La chambre principale (avec lit king size et télévision) surplombe la baie de San Carlos et mène à la véranda orientée ouest. Nouveau matelas kingsize installé en 2016. Salle de bain avec double vasque et grande douche à l'italienne avec barre d'appui.
Beaucoup d'espace de rangement et de tirage pour un séjour confortable. Nouvelle télévision à écran plat dans la chambre principale.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec armoire, télévision et grand placard et télévision à écran plat

La deuxième salle de bain comprend une baignoire / douche complète, un grand comptoir et un lavabo et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Nouveau canapé, causeuse et fauteuil installés en février 2018. Le nouveau canapé se transforme en lit queen-size, augmentant ainsi la capacité de couchage à 6 personnes.

La terrasse Screen lania surplombant la baie de San Carlos comprend un ensemble de table à manger de hauteur de bar, une chaise longue et un ventilateur de plafond.

Ceci est une unité non-fumeur et les animaux ne sont pas autorisés selon les règles de la copropriété.

The condo was at a great location with a great private beach and pool. The view from the Condo itself was spectacular and and was very quiet staying there. Definitely will be staying there again.

The view is stunning as promised. It's a well-appointed condo in a quiet location. It is located on the last exit before the toll bridge to Sanibel Island, which provided us to easy access to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach and beaches north and south of Fort Myers.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! This condo was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool, neither of which was ever crowded. The sunsets were amazing!

Lori was an outstanding host and this condo is perfect in every way. There were two very minor problems upon checkin which were immediately addressed. Great location, beautiful sunsets, quiet location. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon

Great place to stay. Great views from the 10th floor. Elevator down, 50 steps to a private beach to the right and 50 left to the pool and jacuzzi. Dolphins and Manatees near the shore line. The condo is exactly as described on the website. Very pleased

The condo was perfect! Great views, nicely appointed rooms. Great amenities with Marriott right next door!! Close to Sanibel and Captiva. The only negative was we only booked 4 days. We should have booked a week!!!

Spring Break Trip

We had great weather and a wonderful week. The area was hit by a huge Hurricane last year so there was some construction around the property. However we did not hear anything and the Condo was great. Very good location in Fort Meyers area.

So glad you found the condo to be great. We were fortunate not to suffer too much damage from the hurricane Ian and now some 18 months later fully recovered and have come away with a better & more beautiful property. Our last project, the pool, is to re-open this month with a brand new pool deck, furniture & pool house. I do hope to be able to welcome you back before long.

Great location, Beautiful view

Our flight got cancelled, so arrived much later than expected, but all the details provided to us prior to our arrival got us into our unit with no problems at all. The view from the screened in balcony was gorgeous, and the grounds of the resort were clean and well kept. Lots of traffic in the area, however we found it easy to get to our excursions like kayaking, fishing, and a sunset cruise with dolphins! We would stay here again!

The condo was very nice and the view was great. Property management was very helpful and responsive. Only 4 stars due to problems with running toilets. Also restaurant on property had very slow service.

I am glad you enjoyed the view. The panaromic view from this height (10th floor) is special, especially at sunset. I am glad you found the property management company to be responsive. That is very important to me. We have worked together for years and they look after all 7 of my condos at Sanibel Harbour Resort. I am sorry that there was an issue with a running toilet. I understand that my management company did response and suspected a piece of sediment stuck in the fill valve may have come loose but it resolved itself. No previous issues but they have made a note to continue to check this week while the condo is empty to ensure the issue is resolved. I do hope to welcome you back to unit 1034 and it's panaromic views. Thank you for the feedback.

Lovely condo with an amazing view and great location!

We had an excellent stay in this lovely condo! Beautiful, bright and airy space, nicely appointed with ample linens and lots of useful kitchen equipment. The condo was spotless and the view is exceptional! It is in a unique location that is quiet yet near a Marriot hotel which comes in handy for dinner or drinks out. It is hidden away from traffic, crowds and noise, yet just minutes from all the shopping, beaches and restaurants that the area offers. We have already recommended this condo to others and intend to rent there again when back in the area.

Stunning Sunset Escape

Facing the beautiful bay and amazing sunsets, this condo exceeded expectations. Host was exceptionally helpful, kitchen is very well stocked, rooms are large and comfortable. The beach below is well maintained and never crowded. We enjoyed hours working virtually from the lanai overlooking the water. The pool was still closed due to hurricane damage but the owner communicated that to us upon booking.

Beautiful scene from balcony with a "cruise" type feeling!

Everything was just as it was advertised! It was clean, quiet, and roomy! The property surrounding the condo was lush and reminded us of being on a tropical island. We used the pool every day because it was so peaceful listening to the water wash up against the shore that was only 20 feet away from where we lay. It was a very restful vacation, just what the doctor ordered, lol! We will hopefully return in the near future. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. =D

The property was amazing, just as advertised....clean, well decorated and very quiet.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The balcony was wonderful. We spent mornings reading and having coffee on the balcony and evenings enjoying the sunset. The views were amazing. The condo provided easy access to Sanibel Island, restaurants and nearby shopping. I look forward to staying there in the future. The host provided all relevant information concerning parking, access etc well in advance of our arrival and followed up to ensure the accommodations were satisfactory. It's a five star!

Wonderful place with complete views. Easy access to all the beaches around. The pool was disappointing due to the fact you can’t enjoy it past dusk. The condo was clean, and well stocked with everything needed.

Wonderful ... Relaxing Stay!!

This is absolutely exactly as shown. The property is Beautiful. The pool is quiet and private. Access to the beach is a few steps from the door. My friend and I took multiple walks around the property and enjoyed a delicious happy hour at the hotel. I highly recommend this and hopefully will bring my family back for another stay.
