Location location location. This amazing house is located in one of the best areas for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Cape Coral! We enjoyed the pool and outside lanai for a relaxing weekend!

We have rented VRBO for several years all over the US. This location was one of the best we have experienced! The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked (over &beyond) The pool and back enclosed area was large and well maintained! Linen’s were also an abundance. We hope to rent this location again in the future!Pam

The place was very beautiful; my husband enjoyed the fishing. Everything was very clean. I would recommend it for the view and the tranquility, and the entire staff was very friendly.

Host was very welcoming and responsive.The place was exactly as pictured.The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. The pool was heated and clean although we didn’t get to swim because it was unseasonably cold.Would stay again if we were in the area.

Beautiful vacation experience with our family!Very clean & comfortable…lots of extra beach & bath towels available along with coolers & chairs for the beach. We brought the cooler weather along with us and were very grateful for the heated pool. It was wonderful to wake up to the peaceful lake view each morning. We most definitely will be returning to stay again… hopefully much longer this time!

Family trip to visit family

I would recommend this home to everyone! They provide anything you can imagine. Wonderful location and very relaxing. And while relaxing by the pool we even saw dolphins.

Loved this property!!!

My family and I really enjoyed this property. From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. The beds, pillows and blankets all felt new and clean. Our kids loved the pool and going out on the dock to look for fishies. The location was great too! Close drive to Punta Gotda Downtown and airport. But away enough for peace and calm. We really loved it here and would gladly come back again!

Can't wait to visit again!

We have stayed at many VRBO's over the years and have always been very pleased with the accommodations, however this is at the very top of the list. Not only was it immaculate and extremely comfortable, the home was also well appointed. It had everything you would possibly need and more (beach towels, box fan, plastic dishes for outside, basic spices/oils, baking dishes, pans, plastic and paper products for the home, etc.) It was a great location between Fort Myers and Punta Gorda, and we can't wait to visit again!

The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that the host takes great pride in the property.Michael was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by providing thoughtful extras like snacks, pool toys, and even fishing rods, which our family really appreciated.The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and beautiful. The waterfront view was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids—and the adults too! We spent countless hours enjoying the outdoor space and making family memories.If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly vacation home with great amenities and an outstanding host, this is the place.
