Large vacation home with brand new hot tub and deck for all your outdoor memory making!!

This robust home is in the heart of the Finger Lakes, nestled in Bristol hills. Bristol Ski Mountain is 3 mins away! Hunt Hollow Ski Club is right around the bend too! This beautiful home was featured on HGTV’s House Hunters, season 216, episode 1.

A perfect ALL season destination for family and friends to gather. Enjoy nature, hiking, ski/snowboarding, campfires, fishing, & more (yes there are fish in our on site pond).

Canandaigua Lake is a short drive away and home of the best boating and luxury home views (several celebrity sightings). Stroll through the town, stop and shop, or visit one of the many local eateries/breweries, spas and more.

We offer a spacious 4-bedroom, 2 bath home with over 2,500 sqf living space and 8 acres of hiking trails to explore!!! Stay in and enjoy game night and cooking with the large beautiful kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs. Come enjoy the open layout and let us do the rest.

We’ve partnered with our friends at Hot Roc Sauna to bring this one of a kind experience directly to you. A perfect addition to your stay, the barrel sauna is fully self-contained and

Beautiful setting

Wish we had more time to enjoy the property and settting! There for a weekend wedding and had to follow the itinerary. Would love to spend more time at the house and area!

Lovely setting

I met my Mother and sister in Naples for a girls trip. We all have very busy lives and this house was so relaxing. We really enjoyed sitting outside or in the hot tub and listening to the birds. Naples is a gem. The house was clean and comfortable. I would love to come back and stay again.

Family wedding weekend

Excellent communication. Kind and responsive host. We especially enjoyed and appreciated the hot tub! Home was very well equipped, great kitchen and laundry facilities -as we used lots of towels during our stay with the continual enjoyment of that hot tub & a few rain showers but all with a beautiful view of the fall colors on the mountains! Highly recommend this home.

Perfect Weekend Away!

Beautiful house tucked away in the woods! The house was very well appointed with everything we could ever need! The provided coffee, cream and sugar was a nice extra touch! We enjoyed the hot tub and walking in the woods. Obviously no fault of the owner but we did find ticks on us after our hike so be aware to check for ticks after you go in the woods or use tick spray etc. Will be recommending this listing and likely to return!

This home is one of my new favorites for many reasons but mainly because of the homes character and land! 8 acres and right near skiing and nature. You cant go wrong and you feel right at peace here! The drives are so beautiful to and from the lakes and wineries. This home was on HGTV's house hunters and that was when I knew it was one I had to snag and be able to share with all of you!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This property is big inside and out. The multitude of window views really make it unique. Your view is different from each window and that's something you cannot recreate easily.
