NOUS NE POUVONS PAS LOUER FÉV OU MARS JUSQU'À LA LOCATION DE JANVIER) Commencez chaque matin avec le lever du soleil à couper le souffle à cette vue sur l'océan / la piscine de la magnifique rue St. Augustine Beach de ce condo de maison de ville récemment rénové et décoré. Il est situé sur l'autoroute A1A, à env. six miles au sud du centre-ville historique. Les deux balcons privés donnent sur la belle piscine rafraîchissante et chacun a une vue sur l'océan qui est à quelques pas de la promenade. L'intimité des chambres à l'étage peut être très appréciée lorsque les enfants ou les amis séjournent sur le nouveau canapé-lit haut de gamme. Les tous nouveaux appareils électroménagers, les comptoirs en granit et les planchers de carreaux de céramique dans la cuisine et le linge de maison entièrement équipés font du voyage une expérience agréable et peuvent aider à augmenter votre budget de vacances pour d'autres activités. Salt Water Cowboy's situé sur la voie navigable intracoastale, Hurricane Wings, Purple Olive Fine Dining, Seafood Kitchen et Wildflower Cafe sont d'excellents restaurants à seulement 2 minutes du condo. This was our 5th or 6th trip to St. Augustine. We usually stay at the Summerhouse complex but it was not available for this trip. Overall the stay was ok. The location of the unit is great, very close to the beach. Renters have access to 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball court. All great. But what didn’t make it so great is a week long drilling and dust all over the patio that we couldn’t really enjoy until evening each day. It was the selling point for me for this condo to pay the premium price so we were disappointed to say at least. Condo inside was very clean and well stocked but the outside furniture required quite a bit of cleaning prior to first use and then throughout the week due to all the dust from the constructions on units near by. I wish host disclosed this prior to booking, we would not pay the premium price to stay at this unit. Also note for other renters who may travel with kids excited for pool. Neither pool is heated so the water last week of March was still quite freezing in both pools. Unit also has zero beach equipment, the storage that usually contains some basics like sand toys or boogie boards was locked so nothing provided. That’s quite unusual for a beach rental too.

Excellent place to stay! Great view and very nice rooms! Would definitely stay again!

The unit was very spacious and clean! The views were amazing and location was great for us to keep an eye on the kids at the pool or the tennis courts. The manager was very pleasant and easy to contact. We definitely stay here again. We had a great vacation!

Wonderful location and Great Place

We went to St.Augustine to try new restaurants and have a relaxing stay. This place was in a perfect location and an easy Uber ride to the places we wanted to check out. When we had an issue with the cable box going out, not only did they come repair it quickly, but he gave some great recommendations for restaurants and they were delicious!!

We were very impressed with the condo. It had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The condo was exactly as listed and the location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation to the St. Augustine area.

St Agustine Vacations

The apart is really nice!! It’s no so far from the difference attractions of the town and the shopping area, the beach is a white sand and clear water beach. We really love to stay in the apart, for sure we will rent it again.

Wonderful accommodations

Clean properly, pool, beach access. Kitchen full stocked with kitchen ware. The washing machine is very small so don’t expect to wash all the towels and sheets in a couple loads. Wish I would have seen the beach chairs in the closet on day one! Overall an excellent place for a vacation!

Enjoyable!

If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, clean place to spend an enjoyable vacation with a pool & private beach access.....look no further. We had a wonderful time! Close to stores and a short drive downtown. My only regret was we wished we could have stayed longer. So much to do and see... Not enough time to do it all. Would definitely come back again.

Location was great if you can get there. Wrong address listed on VRBO listing. Never received check in info. Tried to contact owner but had no response. It resulted in an hour lost vacation time driving around to incorrect coordinates . When I finally spoke to someone they sent another address. I asked if they could accommodate with a late check out or some kind of credit for the inconvenience, they went dark . No response . I asked several times with no response so i just dropped it, not worth the aggravation but If you have any issues just don't expect them to try address them or correct the problem

Great View

This condo was very clean with a great view of the ocean and pool. We enjoyed having two balconies, and it was just the right size for a family with two teenagers. The tennis courts were close by, in front of the condo, which was a bonus. Our questions were addressed quickly, and that was appreciated.

I absolutely love staying at these condos! The convenience factor is unbelievable! Pool, beach, tennis, the best restaurants and shopping nearby. Our stay was perfect! Woke up to the beach every morning!
