Discover modern living at its finest with an industrial twist in this sleek 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Eastside condo. Enjoy the shared rooftop deck, complete with relaxing hot tubs for all guests to enjoy. This condo offers all the essentials for comfortable living and is just a short drive from downtown Traverse City and the renowned wineries on Old Mission Peninsula.



The Space:

This condo is located on the first floor but there are stairs or a conveniently located elevator if you want to explore the rooftop.



Step inside to this brand new build condo featuring an open concept that is sure to suit all your needs during your stay. The spacious living room features a smart TV and a pullout couch. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all the basic kitchen necessities, and a dinning room table to enjoy your favorite home cooked meals. Enjoy natural light throughout the entire space but feel free to close the blinds for more privacy. Both bedrooms hold a queen sized bed and a smart TVs for your convenience.



Charging ports are conveniently situated throughout the condo, integrated into lamps, alarm clocks, and nightstands.



*There is no cable, you will need to use your own personal login for any streaming services that you like and don't forget to sign out prior to your departure*



Located on the rooftop are four brand new hot tubs, up and ready to use. Be mindful that these hot tubs are for enjoyment by anyone staying in the entire building. We look forward to your stay!

Love everything about this condo. It was clean, smelled great and had everything we needed. Decorated so cute! Bathrooms great and also so clean. It’s a small thing but I especially loved they had a Keurig. Rooftop hot tubs even in the winter was awesome! Thank you for a great stay, will come back here again for sure!

Most everything was great! Especially the option to have groceries and essentials delivered to the rental prior to arrival and the plethora of hot tubs available on the roof. Only complaint was the provided hair and body washes, which were by far the worst I have used in any stay. The shampoo and conditioner practically made my partners and I hair worse, so bring your own!

Traverse City getaway

We booked a midpoint getaway to see our daughter that is away for college. The place was absolutely gorgeous! The location was great to explore TC by car. Hot tubs were nice too. Would go again.

Weekend visit

Very clean, great location, nice space, shampoo etc. provided, large windows look out onto road but shades are adjustable to keep open on the top. Convenient code access to building and unit. We enjoyed the hot tubs most of all!

Very clean and beautiful condo. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Well stocked kitchen. Had a minor issue with the electric blinds needing charged but the response was very quick. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo

My friends and I had a great stay at the Condo in Traverse City. We needed a place for a quick lay over and this place did not disappoint. The beds were comfy and the kitchen spacious. Even though it is on a main road it is very quiet and close to everything. It truly was a very lovely place to stay.

The condo was as described and extremely well furnished with quality amenities. There were even a few pantry items (oil, etc) plus keurig pods.Our 2 dogs enjoyed staying there as well. The bed linens and towels were very nice. It was quiet enough that our dogs didn’t bark very much (except when I accidentally bumped the radon detector test button). The hallway was quiet and the street noise didn’t bother them. You can hear 8th street but it was not annoying and quiet overnight. (Listing does mention traffic noise)One of the best things - you didn’t need to do anything special for checkout as the cleaning crew takes care of everything. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We will return in the future.

Fantastic!

I was in town with family for a wedding, and this condo was perfect! The place was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some nice meals, and the rooftop hot tubs were a huge hit. The only minor complaint was that you only get one parking spot, and we had 3 cars. My parents were able to use the handicapped spot, my sister used the assigned spot, and i parked on a side street near the building. It wasn't a big issue, but more spaces would have been nice.Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and i would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property was great easy access and very clean. The best part was it had everything you could think of that you may need. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The bathrooms had Shampoo,Conditioner, and Bodywash in the shower. There was even pods for the dishwasher and washer & dryer. We had 3 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space/seating. My family stated many times how nice the place was. I would suggest it for anyone looking for a place to stay

Awesome space!

I stayed with my training partner. We were in town for the trail running festival and stayed a couple extra days. Close to race as well as anywhere in "downtown" TC. Also not far from dunes/Glen Arbor area (45 or so minutes drive).We really liked the separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms so we had our own space but had the common area to share.Everything was super clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. I was able to figure out the coffee maker without too much difficulty (which is not always true for me in some rentals). Note on the blinds: if you press a wrong button and get off the correct number, the remote will no longer work. Numbers were 0 and 1 on two of them - not sure about my "running husband's" room. I really liked the big windows and that I could just leave the blinds open at the top and still get the light without sacrificing privacy.Everything was super clean. We also enjoyed the rooftop hot tubs a few times. They are two-person tubs, though a few are close to other ones in case you have a larger party and would like to be near each other. Also there are putting greens and tables and chairs on the roof, so you can still enjoy the space even if you don't want to use the hot tubs.Overall we loved it and would stay there again.

Brand New Condo

The condo is brand new and very nice but we had a few issues. The outside door does not have a lock on it so anyone can walk right in at this time. I went to do a load of laundry and when I opened the door there were damp sheets still in the washer with a moldy smell. I re-washed and when I pulled them out there was someone’s underwear in the washer too. We tried to bake an item in the oven but the temperature element was not working properly and had to throw the food out because it was underbaked. Hopefully these issues will be addressed and corrected soon.
