The beach access in this area can vary depending on tides and recent weather, and we understand how the rocky section may have made it more challenging than expected. We’ll be reviewing our listing details to ensure guests have the clearest information possible. Regarding the pest control issue, this is absolutely not the experience we want for any guest. We have already scheduled an additional treatment and inspection to make sure the home is fully addressed and future stays are as comfortable as they should be. We're glad you enjoyed the house, but we're very sorry to hear about the confusion with the pool heating instructions and, most importantly, your mother’s injury. We hope she’s doing better. We’ve refunded the full amount for the pool heating, and this is the first time we’ve received feedback about the pool instructions and the step leading to the pool.
