Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the balconies! Both the living room and the master bedroom boast stunning views of the sea. The Sea Matanzas rental condo features two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a secondary bedroom with a queen-size bed, accommodating up to six guests with the sofa sleeper in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals while enjoying oceanfront dining.

Located in the Summer Haven area, this condo provides a secluded getaway on a barrier island south of Fort Matanzas and just north of Marineland. It’s only a 20-minute drive to Historic Downtown and 10 minutes to St. Augustine Beach. Nearby attractions include Fort Matanzas, Marineland, fishing, state parks, and more. You can also explore St. Augustine for its rich history and shopping or head north to Jacksonville for a Jacksonville Jaguars NFL game or a round of golf at Sawgrass Ponte Vedra or the World Golf Village.

If you travel south from the vacation rental, you can visit Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach, and Cape Canaveral, all within a short drive. Orlando’s theme parks, such as Disney and Universal Studios, are just a day trip away. Whether you prefer to relax on the beach, explore nearby attractions, or visit theme parks, this condo serves as the perfect base for your vacation.

Family vacation

This location is the absolute best. I wanted to be on the beach and close to attractions but not in a crazy, busy tourist area. This place checked all the boxes. Will definitely stay again!

Best Vacation Ever

The condo was spotless, so very comfortable and literally just steps to the beautiful Matanzas. You can literally call it a private beach as less than 30 people. The water is perfect for kids and pets. Perfect sandbars for shell hunting and swimming in the shallow “pools” of water between the waters edge and sandbar. 5 star condo, location and beach!!!!

A taste of spring at the ocean

Location, location, location!! Beautiful sunrises and just steps from the beach. Very quiet area and nearly private, white sand, dog friendly beach. The unit has had some upgrades but could use some TLC to enhance the total experience

Would Definitely stay here again

We were going to the Daytona 500, so the location was great. St. Augustine is just a few minutes away so there is plenty to do. It’s gated, and the beach is right outside your back door! The condo is well maintained and very clean A huge plus in my book! Everyone was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks So Much!

The view from the living room and master bedroom is gorgeous. The home is nicely decorated and has all the appliances you need. Check in with super easy and communication with the host was great. The kids loved the pool. This beach spot is perfect for families. Kids can enjoy the tide pools and observe the fish. If you are into surfing and paddle boarding, this is the place to be. The ice machine was broken and we did have to buy ice. We will definitely be coming back.
