Located on beautiful Dana Point, this condo is nestled directly above Strands Beach and across the street from the Headlands Conservation Area. The South Strands Beach access is just steps away and the Headlands Open Space trailhead is right at the end of the street and offers amazing views and a nature interpretive center. The sandy beach below even has a raised walkway in the event of king tides and is protected by seasonal lifeguards. In addition we have a lovely heated pool on the common area with plenty of seating and a BBQ grill. The headlands trails also provide access to Del Prado and the downtown area with lots of great shops and restaurants. When you're ready to relax but still want to indulge in that lovely ocean breeze, head inside your retreat where carefully curated decorations adorn every room including works by local artists and historic surf & paddle memorabilia. Sit on the living room sofa or love seat while tuning into a movie on the large TV and enjoy the whitewater views. Open the doors to the private balcony and feel the radiant California sunshine kiss your skin. And reach for the binoculars to watch the surfers below or catch a glimpse of marine life offshore. The well-equipped kitchen is sun-soaked with its large window allowing ample natural light in. Cook amongst the stainless steel appliances and tiled countertops in this space before serving your culinary creations at the adjacent dining table, or alfresco on the balcony. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a wall mounted TV (for longer term guests we can convert this into an office with a sectional sleeper sofa and a desk and office chair).
