When you enter the Beach Road community off of Pacific Coast Hwy you will stop at the Safety Ambassador shack for a permit and a list of community rules. Your car`s driver, (two maximum), must be registered before entry. (Driver name only). The house is a quarter mile down the road. (First house you encounter). There are two parking spaces for your private use, located in front of the beach house. Walk up the left side until you encounter the stairway up to your unit.

The stove may require a lighter, (provided), for some of the burners.

There are board games and beach chairs in the hallway cabinet.

The extra towels in the hallway closet are for the next guests. Pleas avoid using these if possible.

Please keep the maximum number of guests on the property to six. If you have daily visitors, (4 max), they will have to park outside the community. Guest are allocated 2 vehicle passes at check-in. Visitors can park on the highway or in the public parking near the entrance . It`s a short walk from the entrance to the beach house. It`s the first house on the road.
