Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home on the West End of Provincetown. Newly renovated with modern amenities while keeping the unique charm and character of a home built in the late 1800's, its charm is undeniable.
Located in the quiet west end of town, close to Liz' Cafe and just a few minutes walk to Commercial Street and the best of Ptown's shopping, restaurants and night life, this large, one-bedroom unit, has all the things you need for your Cape Cod Stay: On-site parking spot, fully-equipped kitchen w/all-new appliances, AC, washer & Dryer, stylish bathroom w/spacious shower, 4KHD TV's with Apple TV's in both living rooms and in the bedroom, audio system, etc.
Recently renovated, the unit features vinyl and wood flooring, all new windows, brand new roof with skylights, and split-unit air conditioning units providing hot and cold air through the home.
The OUTDOOR AREA features on-site parking for one car, paved walkway to the front door, a private deck with sitting area, umbrella, dining area and a gas grill for barbecues.
Inside the house, the unit flows across two levels. The first floor features the main living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The upstairs floor features a secondary living space, a bedroom and work area.
The MAIN LIVING ROOM offers a comfortable sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted 4KHD TV and Marshall bluetooth speaker. Large sliding doors lead right to the outdoor deck enjoyment.
The spacious KITCHEN sports all new stainless steel appliances including full-size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the kitchenware you will need if you are a dedicated Chef (plates, glasses, knives, utensils, pots & pans, services dishes, etc.) The kitchen also features a utility closet housing the conveniently-located front-loading washer and dryer units.
The DINING AREA features seating large enough for a 6 person dinner.
The BATHROOM features a shower/tub, built in cabinetry and plenty of storage area for towels, toiletries etc.
The SECONDARY LIVING area upstairs features a sectional sofa and wall-mounted 4KHD TV with Apple TV, bookshelf and storage area.
The BEDROOM offers new queen-sized bed (with sheets, blankets and comforter), a wall mounted 4KHD TV with Apple TV, a spacious clothes closet.
Adjacent to the bedroom is a small, but comfortable WORK SPACE with desk and seating.
A single dog may be permitted on the property if it is fully respectful of home furnishings, landscaping and neighbors (so no scratching, digging or barking even if left home alone.) No other pets are permitted.
Heated and completely winterized for cozy fall & winter getaways.
Special rates are offered for monthly stays.
The only other unit sharing the roof of this large house is a smaller, newly renovated one bedroom unit also available to rent. There is also a separate and lovely standalone, one bedroom cottage that shares the yard with the two units in the main house.
