Lori Home was just as described on VRBO. Communication with Lori was great. It was clean and very well equipped for all of our needs. The outside had great seating from the porch to the yard. We enjoyed having coffee in the swing while looking over the water. Peaceful and tranquil. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean. Very well stocked. Plenty of kitchen items. Loved the location and peaceful. My husband loves to fish and spent a lot of time on the pier fishing. Best place we have ever stayed.Plan to.come back.

Lori was an amazing host for the perfect weekend getaway. This place will always hold a special place in my heart, as it’s where we got engaged!! The house was cleaned, stocked with anything you may need, and truly an at home feel. We took our boat and docked it overnight but definitely use your discretion as there were other boats going by and the winds tend to be rough. We will definitely be back if we are in the area!

Lori’s place was amazing!! It was the perfect way to unwind and feel at peace just sitting at the end of the dock watching boats go by. I went to the local marina which was a1-2 minute drive away and picked up some shrimp for fishing on the dock and it was a success! There were tons of pin fish ready to take the bait immediately, but after about 45 minutes, we were able to land a 15 inch black drum! We only fished for probably 2 hours the whole time we were there, but I have no doubts it would have been a great spot to catch keepers. The channel is right in front of the pier, hence why boats are traveling right in front of you. Lori was a great host, the place was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked! Didn’t need to leave the house and didn’t even want to go to the beach because the pier was so peaceful. Lori was also an extremely response host and was quick to answer any questions I had. We also did a tour at HoldFast Oyster company which I highly recommend and is with a 10 minute drive. Thank you, Lori!

We were so charmed with this property. The location and view were so serene and relaxing. We just loved it. The owner couldn't have been nicer, and we had every possible thing we needed.

This cottage is just perfect. So relaxing and the bed in water side bedroom was soooo comfy. I slept better here than at home. I spent most of my time on the porch enjoying the water and trees. Will definitely stay again if I come back this way. Owner was very sweet and caring and answered quickly.

Place with a view

We had a fantastic weekend getaway. The place was clean, cozy, with a beautiful view! Our host went above and beyond. We will definitely be back again.
