Paradise with a view

Great place to stay, everything you will need is at Mike and Diane's location. We would definitely stay again! This place will be even better once the construction is gone and all the amenities are available, Be sure to communicate the day prior with Mike to have the right entry details.

Excellent Vacation.

The condo is immaculate, everything we could have wanted was included....love the combination door lock, no worry of losing keys on the beach.... could easily have spent a longer time there, hopefully next year....Mike & Diane were a pleasure to deal with.....would highly recommend this property & owners.

That's really what we're all about: ensuring our guests are completely satisfied and want to return Season after Season to beautiful Bonita Beach!! Our locking mechanism is similar to what you'll find in most modern hotels...In our case it's a four (4) digit code entered before arrival and deleted immediately after departure, thus assuring complete security!!! Best location and so comfortable.

Right across from great beach. Walk to many restaurants/bars. Perfect condo for a couple. Comfortable and convenient. Loved it.

WOW, Vickie...Thank You VERY MUCH for this GREAT "short & sweet" review...We get a lot of questions about transportation to & from RSW Airport & whether our Guests need to rent a car, etc... We have UBER service to & from RSW Airport (about $35.00 each way) & bicycle rentals are available from BonitaBike.Com ...As you experienced it's a short walk to DOC's, CoCoNut Jacks, Enzo's The Fish House, etc...Publix is just 1 1/2 miles away as well!!! All in all we have one of the best overall locations in Southwest Florida for a relaxing get away!!! Thank You again, Mike & Diane~!

Fantastic Condo with great view

Condo has been updated and was exactly as advertised and shown in the photo's. This unit lanai has a Great View of beach/area and the sunset each night so we had breakfast and dinner on the deck every night on the new table and chairs on the lanai. Owner even took the time to drop off a bottle of red wine to us which we enjoyed very much with a pasta meal on the deck. The unit is very well equipped with new appliances and having the combo washer/dryer in the unit was very handy. Large walk in closet was an added bonus to hold suitcases and to hang clothes plus it was very well equipped with all the beach gear you need. Bed was very comfortable so had great nights sleep every night. Overall it was fantastic stay and only complaint we had was that we should have booked/stayed for 4 weeks instead of the two weeks that we did stay at this location/condo. Very busy beach!

The condo was pretty much as described online. The a/c unit is located in the kitchen area and doesn’t quite reach the bedroom area. If you close the bathroom door you have zero a/c in the bathroom! There are two ceiling fans and a tabletop fan In the bedroom along with a small fan in the bathroom which we never turned off. The place needs new kitchen towels for sure. I used an extra face towel in the kitchen because the kitchen towels looked too dirty to use. The couches are very worn and uncomfortable and need to be upgraded. There is construction going on at the complex but it did not interfere with our stay. The beach is just a short walk across a busy street. It is a nice beach but it was super busy! Lots and lots of people everywhere! We walked to Coconut Jacks for an excellent dinner one night then drove over to Leonis Pizzeria the 2nd night for another excellent meal.

Hi Cheryl...Thank You Very Much for the FOUR STAR REVIEW...We really appreciate that!! We have advised our cleaners to be more cognizant of the kitchen towels...Relative to the couches, they are a high-quality microfiber & the grey color is a matter of taste & preference...Many other Guests have complemented on the comfort, feel & quality of the full sofa & loveseat... Relative to the A/C not sure if U set the temp control to a lower temp w/constant fan...That usually suffices even in the Summer... The crossing to the beach has a pedestrian light for safe passage & yes our beach is popular & busy, but after a short walk just 100 yards or so to the north, the crowd thins out significantly...Also depends on the days of the week you were here...Weekends are always busier...As you know we provide beach chairs, umbrella, roller cooler & beach bags...We really appreciate the feedback & hope to host you again in the future... Bringing family next year!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we are booking 3 of Mike and Diane's condos for next year to bring our kids, their spouses and our grandkids. Great location, quite and clean. There was construction going on but we knew this before booking. Construction workers were very polite and there wasn't as much noise as I thought there would be.

Check in was quick and easy, they gave us all the info we needed. Contactless check in great. The location of our place was perfect, right across road to beach. 2 great restaurants in walking distance. You won't find a better beach or place to stay. I would recommend this place highly. Coolers and chairs are there along with everything you need

Under Construction

The owner made an outdoor seating available despite the fact that Lanai's were being renovated throughout the building. The suite was clean and just as depicted in the pictures. Having the ocean just steps away was killer. There was some noise during the day but that was expected with the construction. If you're out and about it anyway it shouldn't be a bother. When the Lanai is completed, it will be a spectacular place to stay.

Great place maybe a small update

My husband and I loved most everything about our rental. The place was clean, great view, well equipped kitchen, safe area for morning run or evening stroll and the beach is across the street! I would like to suggest an update to the beach chairs and umbrella. The suggestion is not a deal breaker because we would definitely stay here again but would certainly be a great upgrade.

Clean and convenient. Nice host; we liked our stay. It was helpful for work (as a small business owner) to have internet access in the unit. We liked the washer / dryer in unit which was helpful to reduce the number of items we brought to wear on vacation.

Perfect location for us!

My husband and I spent 4 days here in 7th Heaven and loved the location! The place was very clean and had just about everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Communication was never an issue, as they were quick to respond, which I appreciated very much. The view in the morning from the balcony was lovely! Oh, and the beach was just a few minute of walking distance across the street, which was amazing since the parking lot was always full. We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend it for a couple getaway!

Our stay was exactly what we hoped it would be. The unit was clean and well maintained, and within walking distance to restaurants and a BEAUTIFUL beach. Also, the owners are quick to respond to any concerns you may have. Will definitely stay again!

Southwest Florida getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Location is great with only a 20 min drive from RSW. Also very easy travel to Ft Myers beach and Naples. The condo has everything you'll need to make it your home away from home.

Beautiful View

Michael and Diane were wonderful to deal with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The place was generally clean although there was a lack of attention to detail (it needs a thorough dusting and there was hairs in random places but it was certainly better than most hotels). The property was fully equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Having laundry and beach chairs available was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location and view!

The Luxe Penthouse is a wonderful location and quiet home base for a vacation in Bonita Springs. We walked across the street and rented jet skis and had meals at Docs, enjoyed happy hour on the patio with beautiful sunset views, and had easy access to Naples and all around town. The bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have laundry in the unit with soap provided. We even brought our Roku and were able to watch our favorite shows. There was a huge walk in closet too for all of our baggage. Mike was very responsive and even left a bottle of wine for us with a nice notecard upon arrival. We had a few chilly days, so it was great that the heater worked well. Thanks, Mike!

Great stay

Absolutely fully stocked with everything you could possibly need from beach chairs to coolers to anything a kitchen would need. Very clean, great communication, comfortable bed, excellent location. Will definitely book again when back in the area.
