This beautifully outfitted studio on the 4th floor of Building 1 at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club offers one of the most coveted features in the entire complex: a straight-on, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico, right from your screened balcony. Step outside, breathe in the salt air, and watch the sun melt into the horizon every single evening.



Located in Building 1 — the closest tower to beach access — and just across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach, this studio is the perfect home base for couples seeking sun, sand, and a seriously impressive view.



Maintenance to the property grounds, landscaping and irrigation systems are currently ongoing.



On-site amenities include two pickle-ball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations).



Property Update: Walkway and stairwell renovations buildings 4 and 5 are being upgraded — thank you for your patience during this time.



THE SPACE



This open-concept studio flows comfortably from the kitchen through the dining and living/sleeping areas, with a relaxed, well-appointed feel throughout.



The living area is anchored by a leather powered reclining sofa and loveseat — the kind of seating that makes it genuinely difficult to leave the room. A TV with cable keeps you entertained on quieter evenings, and the full glass sliding doors open onto your private screened balcony where that breathtaking Gulf view awaits.



Sleep soundly on a king-size bed freshly made with provided linens, with a ceiling fan overhead and a spacious walk-in closet to keep everything organized for your stay.



The kitchen features quartz countertops, full-size upgraded appliances, a drip coffee maker, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances needed for easy, enjoyable meals in.



The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, with bath and beach towels included for your stay.
