Ceci est Bonita Beach l'une des plus belles plages des États-Unis. Vous êtes au cœur de la vie de la plage et de l'action. Si vous aimez une vue imprenable sur le golfe, de longues promenades sur une plage de sable blanc et superbes couchers de soleil de la Floride pas comme les autres, alors ce est votre endroit spécial. Deux piscines et beaucoup de courts de tennis sur le site.

De votre terrasse projeté au sixième étage, vous pouvez voir Naples à la gauche, plein golfe et Sanibel Island vers la droite. De l'eau partout et de la plage, la plage partout.

Comme le soleil se lève, vous pouvez marcher sur la plage pour les miles, rejoindre les gens du pays et de trouver de grands coquillages ou tout simplement profiter du sable. Nous aimons avoir le petit déjeuner sur la plage à la beachhouse de Doc. La vie est belle.

Bonita a aussi beaucoup d'excellents endroits pour les fruits de mer ou autre chose que vous pourriez aimer.

Le shopping est un passe-temps préféré avec tout ce dont vous pouvez rêver dans Bonita springs, Estero, Naples ou Fort Myers. Né à magasiner? Ceci est votre place.

Bonita est à la maison à la piste Naples Fort Myers lévrier courses de chiens, cheval hors hippodromes et une salle de poker. Il est non loin du Casino Seminole, et un bateau de croisière de casino est à 10 minutes en voiture jusqu'à la plage.

Absolutely beautiful gulf view from balcony & side window. Condo is precious with cute furnishings. Easy entry & exit. Stayed before the snow bird rush.. enjoyed solitude reading a book, drinking coffee & wine on the balcony. Beach & water was perfect, enjoyed the pool one afternoon. There are still multiple projects after the hurricane on the grounds & surrounding areas, but did not interfere with my much needed break. Thank you for allowing me to stay.

Pam was a great host, providing all the information we needed to arrive and settle in for our stay. The cozy condo was perfect for the two of us, comfortable, with all the amenities we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with hotel like sheets and pillows. The best part was the location of the condo - 6th floor with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico just across the street. The screened veranda with comfortable furniture provided an excellent view of the sunset. Laundry room on the first floor lets you wash clothes if needed. A quick walk across the street was the beach and Doc's beach house restaurant for a delicious breakfast or lunch. Bonita Beach is a great location. Close enough to grocery stores and lots of restaurants, but more quiet and more residential than Naples or Fort Myers beach. Lots to do in the area including kayaking, hiking, birdwatching, and swimming. The complex is still recovering from the hurricane, but the pools are open and landscaping is progressing. I would highly recommend this location for a couple or solo stay.

sunshine and fresh ocean breeze

My family recently stayed at this unit and had a fantastic vacation. The unit was clean, well stocked and lots of thought went into having everything we needed for a great time. The owner was so nice to work with and the local housecleaner even saw us and asked if we needed anything. The lovely sunshine poured into the unit and made everything sparkle. Loved the screened in deck to enjoy the best view and the fresh ocean smell.

Long overdue review

My girlfriend and I visited during 4th of July weekend and had a great time. Pam, the owner, was very easy to deal with. She communicated well, answered all my questions, etc. The condo is in a great location as the views in the picture show. We could walk across the street to the beach, which is a huge selling point. Great little kitchen for us to cook dinner. Nice balcony to hang out on at night. I would definitely book again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

A little piece of Heaven!!

My husband and I were celebrating our 21st Anniversary and just wanted some quiet time alone. We loved this unit. It had everything we needed. The views were so beautiful and peaceful. We definitely felt relaxed. The owner was so pleasant to deal with, she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They did have water sport rentals right across the street on the beach, if desired. I would definitely return and also recommend this unit to others. Thanks again for a wonderful time!

The beach was just across the road and the view was wonderful. The property itself was very nice and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.I couldn’t tell you about the television because we didn’t turn it on once in 4 days.The pool area was great also. Pam was great with any questions I had and also let us check in early on our arriving day.Overall a very good experience.

Issues with rental

It was difficult to get a hold of property owner. There were issues connecting wifi, getting cable tv working, and our 2nd night there, the water stopped working, she had no way of fixing issue until following Morning. When contacted about providing a discount, she never responded. There is also a lot of construction in the building which she failed to mention. Feels Unsafe.

Better than advertised!

The views were much better than shown in the photos on VRBO, the kitchen was fully stocked, and it’s directly across the street from Doc’s. I loved the location and host leaving all the extras for our use. Thank you Pam!

View is amazing

Didn’t have all the info at check in but got a hold of owner and we got the info we needed. WiFi info didn’t work but we got by without it. View is spectacular. AC is noisy but that seems to be the norm. Bed was firm but comfy. Overall it’s right across the street from the beach. Enclosed lanai was perfect setting.

Fantastic stay!!

I highly recommend this place. Pam was quick to reply with a few questions we had snd the place was so clean! The view was beautiful and you could walk to restaurants snd beach. Will definitely stay here again

Beautiful view

Very well equipped condo with a great lanai and view of the beach. The traffic is busy and noisy but didn’t bother us to much. It’s worth it to walk across the street to the beach and restaurants.

I fell in love with Bonita Beach 45 years ago when I was a kid vacationing with my family. We bought this condo in 1982 and we have loved everyday we have spent here. We have made many updates to the condo over the years and the Beach and Tennis Club property continues to be a beautiful, well cared for development.

We strive to keep the condo it great shape and ready for our next guest to come relax and enjoy. New bedding, linens and towels are updated each year, new recliner just added in January 2021, new mattress in 2019, 50 High-Definition Flat-Screen TV. We use and enjoy this condo and we want you to do the same. This is not your ordinary rental and our love of this place will shine through.
Why This Property? Because we have the BEST view!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our building sits closest to the ocean and with our direct facing gulf view there are no other buildings that look into our private deck. Nice for privacy.
