There was already someone living at the property with clothes all over, dirty utensils and mess. It took us 2 hours on the phone to get a refund issued and even though we have been given a credit for the one day rental for next booking, I am no looking forward to being on the phone for another hour to request a reimbursement.

Absolute disaster, we arrived at the property as advised and attempted to enter as per email instructions at which point I was greeted by a very angry dog that almost bit me!! After almost 2 hours of trying to contact the host I had to contact customer services who also couldn't contact the host and subsequently refunded me the full cost. Luckily we managed to find alternative accomodation. This listing should be removed!
