This brand-new, modern 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo featuring concrete construction for noise control will provide you with a restful night’s sleep so you can enjoy beaches, trails, wineries, breweries and the best restaurants in the region. Located at the base of Old Mission Peninsula, 3 blocks from East Bay Park and 2 miles from downtown, you’ll find everything in close proximity. Standout feature: Huge rooftop patio for star gazing with seating areas and 10 hot tubs!

One dedicated parking spot at the back of the building. Enter the building through the back entrance. You'll find the elevator just to the right after entering the second door. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and our unit is just a few steps to the left of the elevator.

First time in TC

I have stayed at a number of VRBO’s and this is 5 stars. Very comfortable and well appointed, and great location with off street parking. Hot tubs on the roof were a nice bonus after a day out. We will book here again when we come back.

Stay for family funeral

This is our second time staying in this unit. The location is perfect, the unit is well stocked, clean and comfortable. The property host is amazing and very accommodating as we had to extend our stay twice due to winter storms and cancelled flights.

Traverse City living

Spacious condo with everything you need to enjoy a couple nights or a couple weeks in Traverse City. Easy access to the property and condo made coming and going a breeze. Nice appliances and just about anything you might need to entertain and make your own meals.

Great VRBO

This was my first experience with a VRBO, And it was definitely a great experience. The condo was so spacious and clean, and felt more like a home instead of a stuffy hotel. The condo is really close to downtown, and just a short distance from some good lake front, as well as the line of wineries up the peninsula. The hot tubs on the roof were the cherry on top. Definitely marking this place as a favorite if I travel to Traverse City again! Overall, a great experience!

TC gem!

Chose this listing for a girl’s trip. Looks exactly like the pics. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. We used the hot tubs every night, they were very clean and the rooftop was lovely. Not within walking distance to Front St. for our group but parking was easy to find. Great home base for a long weekend! We would return here!

Great little rental

We enjoyed our time in Traverse City and this rental was perfectly sufficient for what we needed. Quality cookware, silverware, appliances and comfy beds. Host was very responsive and parking/entering and exiting was very convenient. The location was a little further out from downtown than we usually like, but we booked later in the season and all rentals within walking distance were taken. That said, we easily rode bikes to downtown a couple times and the drive was about 7-10 minutes depending on traffic due to construction. The condo building is newer and everything is well maintained. It was quiet and we never heard noise from neighbors. The hot tubs on the roof were a bonus. We would stay again for sure!

I get the best sleep here and love the king size beds, 14" memory foam mattresses and pillows and the 100% cotton hotel sheets and comforters.
