-This condo is located on the second floor and does require the use of stairs. There is no elevator available in the building, so guests should be comfortable with stair access when booking this unit.
-YOU MUST BE 25YRS OR OLDER TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-We do not hold keys to mailbox units and cannot guarantee the delivery of packages or mail during your stay. We highly recommend not sending mail or packages to the property.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was super clean and had lots of extra amenities available. The short walk to the beach was super quick and we loved the ability to grab a bite to eat right there at the beach. The beach setup was a great perk too.

Ordered pizza and ate on the balcony. Very relaxing.

We LOVED staying at Sandpiper Cove! What more could you ask for? 5 swimming pools, multiple tennis and pickleball courts, free par 3 golf, Gated with security entrance, spots you can lease to park your boat, gated private beach with restaurant on the sand, and possibly the best restaurant in all of Destin - Louisiana Lagniappe! And Beach Set up of 2 chairs and umbrella is included - just walk or drive over to the beach and tell the guys your unit number and last name, this is a GREAT feature, as I heard another couple being charged 45 for the day! This unit was very nice and decorated with beach decor. Great kitchen, well-stocked with everything you could need including keurig and regular coffee pot, a crockpot, lots of pyrex dishes and tupperware type storage containers. Soap, conditioner and shower gel, hairdryer in bathroom. Lots of beach toys, floats, cooler, beach wagon, extra beach chairs if needed. You literally could fly into Destin, Uber to the condo, and never need to leave the property. There's a Publix Grocery, McDonalds, Krispy Kreme and several other fast food places within walking distance. Don't miss The Donut Hole for a GREAT breakfast and don't forget to buy the Key Lime and Angel Vanilla Donuts on your way out for later! Destin has added a snorkel area with several tidal pools, GREAT for small kids or beginner snorkelers, 2 miles down the road at Norriego Point, be aware 20 to park for 4 hours. Don't miss Boshamps, AJs, and Harbor Walk within 2 miles!

Cozy and clean

This unit was perfect for my family of 4. It provides clubs for golfing, floats for the pool and beach towels which was great since we forgot ours. We always love staying at Sandpiper Cove and would choose this rental again.
