As expected the Ritz delivered exceptional service. From the check-in process, welcome drinks and every staff interaction created a warm/welcoming environment greeting you with a smile and positive island vibes. The daily activities for kids scavenger hunts, craft activities and movie nights poolside kept our kid plenty busy. The food options at the club or hotel side added great variety for meal options. The option to participate in sunset sail was great way to wind down for the evening. Mr Ken did a great job providing details information to who to contact and options of things to do while in St Thomas highly recommend visiting 5 stars all the way.

Unbelievable trip

The Ritz Carlton Club was an amazing destination and we felt so lucky to have our family reunion there. It was the perfect location with a mix of things to do for adults and kids alike. The staff was super attentive and checked in on us often. Ken was a fantastic host and made sure our check in process and stay went smoothly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great resort for a family vacation

The three bedroom condo at the Ritz Club was great for our family of three couples, with two of them each having one toddler. The resort and the property were beautiful. The various swimming pool options were wonderful and enjoyed by all. The Club and Hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Everyone was friendly and glad we were there. The three restaurants on site were all very good as well as room service.

Amazing Views & Service

Our family loved staying here. All of the condos had an excellent view of the ocean and resort type service from staff. The pools, food, water sport equipment, and activities were wonderful and made the time fly. The property manager (Ken) reached out with a lot of excellent information regarding check-in, amenities, and local highlights. He was very helpful and available for questions. We would definitely book here again!

Beautiful Place

We’ve been to the USVI over 20 times. The Ritz is the nicest resort property on St Thomas / St John (like the Westin st John a lot, but a bit too spread out for us).The pools are great. The rooms are nice. The gym is good.The food is substandard. The beaches at the property are not super inviting, but for us, the quality and cleanliness overrides this.Ken is a great host. Responsive. Does what he says he will do. Will rent from him again.

Ritz club

Fantastic property and location. Booking was easy. Amenities at club were perfect but can also use ritz amenities so multiple pools, hot tubs, beaches and restaurants to choose from. Food on property was excellent.

Beautiful vacation

We stayed in the Lily building and it was marvelous. The unit was large and easily accommodated 5 with everyone able to have their privacy. We loved the Lilly location - could hear the ocean waves breaking at night and close to the beach. Service was outstanding, just like staying at the hotel. We found that the kitchen was also super helpful, we could make a quick lunch and maximize our time on the beach instead of waiting for a table and lunch to be served. We rented a car, which turned out to be very helpful traveling to Moe's to get supplies and also to Red Hook for dinner. Red Hook had a surprisingly large number of excellent restaurants, we only had one repeat dinner during the entire two week stay. We cannot be more positive about our experience and are already counting the days until we return.

St Thomas’s Best

Stayed in St Thomas several times and this was by far the best. Ritz level services, property was pretty nice, and restaurants were very good.

The ability to have an enormous oceanfront property at the Ritz Carlton, to enjoy all the luxury and all the amenities of both the Club and the Ritz Hotel is very attractive.

We love to use the spa, fitness center, beaches, pools, water sport equipment, etc. We also enjoy a day trip to nearby St John's as a great change of pace and the many fine dining options both at the resort and locally.
